A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin took part this morning in a ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier commemorating the Day of Memory and Grief, which marks the anniversary of beginning of the 22 June 1941 invasion of the former Soviet Union by Nazi Germany during World War II, says in remembering the 27 million Soviet citizens who lost their lives fighting the German Nazis, it saw President Putin revealing this week that he’s considering possible changes to the national nuclear doctrine due to the West’s attempts to lower the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons, and yesterday declared: “We plan to further develop the nuclear triad as a guarantee of strategic deterrence and to preserve the balance of power in the world”—all of which was joined by United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres gravely warning: “One rash move – one miscalculation – could trigger a catastrophe that goes far beyond the border, and frankly, beyond imagination”.

While the world faces “one rash move” or “one miscalculation” that could lead to a “beyond imagination catastrophe”, this report notes, President Donald Trump observed yesterday: “For 20 years, I heard that if Ukraine goes into NATO, it’s a real problem for Russia...I’ve heard that for a long time...And I think that’s really why this war started”—an observation followed by British populist political leader Nigel Farage assessing: “It was obvious to me that the ever-eastward expansion of NATO and the European Union was giving President Putin a reason to say they are coming after us again and go to war”—and top Russian presidential aide Nikolai Patrushev most factually revealed: “The long-suffering population of Ukraine is overwhelmingly Russian...But the puppet Kiev regime, at the behest of its Western masters, is suppressing family ties, forcing people who speak and think in Russian, who were brought up on Russian history and literature, as well as Russian traditions, to go to the slaughter”.

Earlier in the week, this report continues, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warned: “Ukraine is making a huge mistake by refusing to consider Russia’s offer to open peace talks because its negotiating position will only deteriorate as time goes by”—a warning followed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealing yesterday that Russian military forces killed 13,100 enemy forces in Ukraine during the past week—the Ministry of Defense revealed today that another 1,615 enemy forces in Ukraine were killed during the past 24 hours, and also announced: “In response to attempts by the Kiev regime to damage Russian energy facilities, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a group strike tonight with long-range precision weapons from air and sea, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles...The strike targeted Ukraine's energy facilities supporting the operation of the military-industrial complex, as well as ammunition and aviation weapon storage depots supplied by Western countries...The strike objectives have been achieved...All designated targets have been hit”.
Along with demonically sending thousands to die every day in a conflict he’s already lost, this report details, socialist Western colonial unelected usurper puppet leader Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky banned another Ukrainian opposition party this past week and signed a new law that introduces mandatory combined arms training for high school students and those attending higher education institutions—actual Nazi dictator Zelensky placed these children under military control because the sons and daughters of those he’s slaughtered have gone on an arson rampage, and the Kiev Post lyingly claimed: “Moscow has launched a social media campaign to lure Ukrainian youth into setting fire to military vehicles and offering them a reward to do so...Arson attacks on military vehicles have already been recorded in Kyiv, Odesa, and Dnipro”—but the leftist New York Times honestly reported: “Tens of thousands of Ukrainian men have gone into hiding as they avoid conscription for fear of dying in the conflict involving bloody trench warfare” and truthfully revealed: “Ukrainian journalists and monitoring groups have sounded the alarm over attempts to curtail press freedom in the country under Vladimir Zelensky”.
As for the eventual fate of corrupt Nazi dictator Zelensky, this report concludes, President Putin assessed: “The West simply doesn’t want to replace him right now, the time has not come yet...I’ve already said it, but I think it’s obvious to anyone...They will pin all unpopular decisions on him, including lowering the military age, and that’s it, then he will be replaced...I believe it will be sometime in the first half of next year”—an assessment that joined the American military article “More Air Defenses & Cross-Border Strikes Won't Change The Ukrainian Conflict's Dynamics”, wherein it grimly observed: “The only variable that can change this conflict’s military-strategic dynamics is a conventional NATO intervention, though that’s fraught with the risk of sparking World War III by miscalculation, but it’s still being seriously considered”—and was an observation that the socialist Western colonial leaders are insanely “seriously considering” sparking World War II quickly followed by world-renowned American economist Professor Jeffrey Sachs, who serves as the Director of the Center for Sustainable Development at Columbia University, releasing his open letter “For Goodness Sake – Negotiate!”, wherein he factually documents everything the socialist Western colonial powers have done to deliberately destroy Ukraine and warns:
For the fifth time since 2008, Russia has proposed to negotiate with the U.S. over security arrangements, this time in proposals made by President Vladimir Putin on June 14, 2024.
Four previous times, the U.S. rejected the offer of negotiations in favor of a neocon strategy to weaken or dismember Russia through war and covert operations.
The U.S. neocon tactics have failed disastrously, devastating Ukraine in the process, and endangering the whole world.
After all the warmongering, it’s time for Biden to open negotiations for peace with Russia.
Since the end of the Cold War, the U.S. grand strategy has been to weaken Russia.
In short, the 30-year U.S. project, hatched originally by Cheney and the neocons, and carried forward consistently since then, has been to weaken or even dismember Russia, surround Russia with NATO forces, and depict Russia as the belligerent power.
It is against this grim backdrop that Russian leaders have repeatedly proposed to negotiate security arrangements with Europe and the U.S. that would provide security for all countries concerned, not just the NATO bloc.
Guided by the neocon game plan, the U.S. has refused to negotiate on every occasion, while trying to pin the blame on Russia for the lack of negotiations.
The neocon approach to Russia, delusional and hubristic from the start, lies in ruins. NATO will never enlarge to Ukraine and Georgia. Russia will not be toppled by a CIA covert operation. Ukraine is being horribly bloodied on the battlefield, often losing 1,000 or more dead and wounded in a single day. The failed neocon game plan brings us closer to nuclear Armageddon.
Yet Biden still refuses to negotiate. Following Putin’s speech, the U.S., NATO, and Ukraine firmly rejected negotiations once again. Biden and his team have still not relinquished the neocon fantasy of defeating Russia and expanding NATO to Ukraine.
The Ukrainian people have been lied to time and again by Zelensky and Biden and other leaders of NATO countries, who told them falsely and repeatedly that Ukraine would prevail on the battlefield and that there were no options to negotiate.
Ukraine is now under martial law. The public is given no say about its own slaughter. For the sake of Ukraine’s very survival, and to avoid nuclear war, the President of the United States has one overriding responsibility today: Negotiate.
