A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announcing: “The statements of the United States president about Putin only harm Biden’s own reputation...Putin does not react to such insults, therefore he will not respond in this way”, says the announcement was in response to demented and deranged Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden proclaiming about President Putin yesterday: “I’ve known him for 40 years...He’s concerned me for 40 years...He’s not a decent man...He’s a dictator, and he’s struggling to make sure he holds his country together while still keeping this assault going in Ukraine”—and was a deranged proclamation based on the historical fact that President Putin was an undercover Soviet KGB agent serving in Leningrad and former East Germany 40 years ago, whom no one in the West even knew existed.

It’s Never Mattered More”, wherein it fearfully assessed: “Hundreds of millions of voters are electing a European Parliament this weekend...The outcome will help tip the balance of the continent’s struggle between unity and nationalism”—a fearful assessment quickly followed by the Wall Street Journal article “Halfway Through An Epic Election Year, The Winner Is: Surprise”, wherein it observed: “Halfway through the biggest election year in history, the results are in...The verdict: Expect the unexpected and don’t underestimate that voters are people with bills to pay...From Mexico to India and South Africa, voters gave priority to their own economic prospects, delivering verdicts that ran counter to predictions”.
