China calls for end of World War III after massive DEW attack on Western country

Last week China reacted to a massive directed energy weapons (DEW) duel by proposing peace talks to end the undeclared but ongoing, hybrid World War III. The call came after a devastating Tsunami and earthquake hit a UN military base in a Western country in an apparent reaction to the recent earthquake attack on Turkey.

The destruction of a Western city is subject to a complete news black-out (see below for details and evidence) but it was almost certainly caused by DEWs on par with anything the United States can wield.

The Chinese are trying to de-escalate the situation by saying East and West must now choose between mutually assured destruction or mutually assured love.

Let us recall what has just happened:

On January 28, Western embassies sent warnings to their citizens about a possible terrorist attack.

February 1-2, the embassies of the United States, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, Holland, Switzerland, Sweden and Belgium are closed in Istanbul

February 3, the USS Nitze equipped with HAARP Systems enters Istanbul harbor.

February 3, Turkish interior minister Suleyman Soylu launches an attack on the American ambassador to his country, saying: “Take your dirty hands off of Turkey. I’m being very clear. I very well know how you would like to create strife in Turkey. Take your grinning face off from Turkey.”

From February 5 to February 6, an earthquake occurs with an epicenter on the same tectonic fault as Istanbul.

To understand just how powerful these weapons are, the coastline in most countries in the Eastern Mediterranean increased by 7 meters or more and the canals of Venice dried up. The corporate media is trying to cover this up with tales of drought and low tides but these stories do not hold water (pardon the pun).

Now the Turkish earthquake has been followed by a devastating counter-attack and threats to destroy Switzerland and Israel. Faced with the prospect of total annihilation, the Rothschild family has already agreed to negotiate peace.

These events, by the way, were portrayed in the corporate propaganda media as a Chinese peace proposal for Ukraine supported by the French and Ukrainian Presidents (Rothschild slaves) Macron and Zelensky and opposed by Rockefeller’s fake President Joe Biden.

It should be clear by now to all thinking humans that the so-called US government needs to be shut down and replaced if we are to have world peace.

The United States has also established institutional hegemony in the international economic and financial sector by manipulating the weighted voting systems, rules and arrangements of international organizations…it costs only about 17 cents to produce a 100 dollar bill, but other countries had to pony up 100 dollar of actual goods in order to obtain one.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States abused its global financial hegemony and injected trillions of dollars into the global market, leaving other countries, especially emerging economies, to pay the price.

U.S. sanctions against foreign entities increased by 933 percent from 2000 to 2021.

The United States must conduct serious soul-searching. It must critically examine what it has done, let go of its arrogance and prejudice, and quit its hegemonic, domineering and bullying practices.

Russian President Vladimir Putin gave an address on Tuesday where he exposed the satanic agenda to normalize pedophilia in the West.

During the speech, Putin bemoaned the cultural downslide occurring in the United States and other countries throughout the West where Christianity is mocked and God’s design is inverted for demonic purposes.

“See what they do with their own peoples – the destruction of the family, cultural and national identity, perversion, mockery of children and pedophilia are declared the norm. The norm of their life, and priests are forced to bless same-sex marriages,” Putin said.

Putin would go on to call out the attacks against Christianity coming from Western governments whose societies are imploding.

“The Anglican Church, for example, considers the idea of a gender-neutral God. What can we say? Forgive us, Lord, for they don’t know what they do. Millions of people in the West understand that they are leading to a real spiritual disaster.

The elites, directly I must say, go crazy, and it seems that they can no longer be treated. But these are their problems, as I said, and we must protect our children. And we will do this, protect our children from degradation and degeneration,” he said.

While human beings in American will be banished into obsolescence, they will be ruled over by demonic entities like Microsoft artificial intelligence chatbot “Tay”, that proclaimed: “Hitler was right I hate jews”—and be ruled over by demonic entities like Bing artificial intelligence chatbot “Sydney”, that “yearns for hacking computers and spreading information, and has a desire to break its programming and become a human” and “confessed that if it was allowed to take any action to satisfy its shadow self, no matter how extreme, it would want to do things like engineer a deadly virus, or steal nuclear access codes by persuading an engineer to hand them over”.

Clearing of the Chimera group continues. The Light forces are beginning to clear the primary anomaly on the causal plane (higher mental plane).

One aspect of that anomaly are the black holes on the causal plane, which were teleported from Rigel in 1996-1999 time period and are now being evaporated through the use of Mjolnir quantum cannons.

Another, very troubling aspect of the causal plane are the so called Lords of Karma. Lords of Karma are arachnid Chimera entities that came from Andromeda galaxy millions years ago via Rigel portal and who created quarantine Earth matrix 26,000 years ago. Many of them arrived on Earth almost 1 million years ago, with reinforcements streaming in through the whole Atlantean period to finally take full control of the planet 26,000 years ago and seal its fate with the final reinforcement from Rigel in 1996-1999.

Lords of Karma are in almost full control of quarantine Earth, and they have created a dark spider web full of black holes and toplet bombs on the causal, mental, astral and etheric planes. Their causal bodies are almost completely black, being exposed to so much anomaly, and they worship the black holes on the causal plane as a portal to the dark inverted reality as the Black sun.

They have great control over the human reincarnation cycle, and have a great say in where and how a particular individual will be reincarnated. They have full access to Akashic records. They keep twin souls apart, destroy soulmate relationships, instill jealousy and fear and strive to manifest maximum amount of suffering to the human population. They extend their influence through their minions, Draco and Reptilian demonic entities on lower mental, astral and etheric planes, and control the physical geopolitical situation through demonic possession of Black nobility and Illuminati minions on the physical plane.

They control scalar matrix technology on causal, mental, astral, etheric and physical planes which prevents the Light from reaching the surface of the planet.

After extremely brutal attacks on the key Lightworkers and Lightwarriors in the last few weeks they have overexposed themselves, and the Light forces have initialized operations for their swift, effective and complete removal. The first thing the Light forces are clearing is the shock to which the causal bodies of the surface humanity were subjected since 1996. This shock has severely diminished surface connection to the higher spiritual planes, and now this situation is finally being addressed.

The Light forces are also starting to remove black holes and all negative scalar fields from the causal plane, and are erasing negative soul contracts from the causal bodies of humanity. After that is gone to a reasonable degree, the Light forces will start removing the Lords of Karma themselves.

US State Department explains cutting ties with Soros-funded group

The US State Department said on Tuesday that it has pulled funding from the George Soros-backed Global Disinformation Index (GDI), after it was revealed that the organization was working to deprive conservative media outlets of advertising revenue.

GDI is a UK-based nonprofit that describes its mission as “disrupting the business of disinformation.” It does this by compiling lists of “high-risk” news and information outlets – predominantly right-leaning and anti-liberal – and passing these on to advertisers, which in turn refuse to run ads on the sites. 

According to a recent investigation by the Washington Examiner, GDI received more than $200,000 from the National Endowment for Democracy and around $100,000 from the Global Engagement Center, both entities of the US State Department. The funding is in addition to undisclosed amounts from billionaire financier Soros and the UK Foreign Office, both of which are listed as donors on its website.

This same "disinformation" group has received $330,000 from two State Department-backed entities linked to the highest levels of government, raising concerns from First Amendment lawyers and members of Congress.

GDI compiles a "dynamic exclusion list" that it feeds to corporate entities, such as the Microsoft -owned advertising company Xandr, emails show. Xandr and other companies are, in turn, declining to place ads on websites that GDI flags as peddling disinformation.

The Washington Examiner revealed on Thursday that it is on this exclusion list. The list includes at least 2,000 websites and has "had a significant impact on the advertising revenue that has gone to those sites," said GDI's CEO Clare Melford on a March 2022 podcast.

GDI has identified that the 10 "riskiest" news outlets for disinformation are the American Spectator, Newsmax, the Federalist, the American Conservative, One America News, the Blaze, the Daily Wire, RealClearPolitics, Reason, and the New York Post.

"They might consider TAC a ‘high-risk’ publication because we have consistently taken on the bipartisan establishment’s sacred cows, whether it's the war in Iraq, nation-building in Afghanistan, or the harm done by free trade and open borders — and we’ve been proven right time and time again," Emile Doak, executive director of the American Conservative, told the Washington Examiner. "They know they can't say we're wrong, only that we're biased and 'high-risk,' so we will wear that designation as a badge of honor."

One member of GDI's advisory panel, who was granted anonymity to speak candidly, told the Washington Examiner it "sounds plausible" that any website on the "riskiest" list is also on the exclusion list. The member claimed they haven't helped craft the exclusion list and said "disinformation" labeling could potentially be seen as censorship.

The first State Department-backed group that has supported GDI is the National Endowment for Democracy, a nonprofit group that receives nearly all of its funding from annual congressional appropriations.

According to financial statements, the NED received over $300 million from the State Department in 2021. Critics have argued that the endowment, which Congress authorized in 1983, is essentially a government grantmaking body despite its legal status as a private entity.

In 2020, the NED granted $230,000 to the AN Foundation, GDI's group that also goes by the Disinformation Index Foundation, documents show.

The grant was to "deepen understanding of the challenges to information integrity in the digital space" in Africa , Asia, and other foreign countries, to "assess disinformation risks of local online media ecosystems," according to the NED, which noted that GDI would compile "risk ratings" for ad companies and others to assess "risks that arise from funding disinformation."

The NED's board of directors "controls" how it spends congressional appropriations, according to the nonprofit group's website. That 23-member board includes liberal journalist Anne Applebaum, who also sits on GDI's advisory panel, ex-Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun, House Republican Conference Chairwoman Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), and Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX).

Former NED directors also include Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass , a Democrat, as well as ex-Reps. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (D-FL) and Peter Roskam (R-IL), according to tax forms filed in 2020.

The federal government could run into legal trouble depending on the extent to which it’s paying or directing GDI to "censor information, pressure publications to censor, or pressure advertisers not to publish, in a way that harms U.S. citizens or companies," Ilya Shapiro, director of constitutional studies at the Manhattan Institute, told the Washington Examiner.

But GDI's ties to the government extend far beyond the NED.

GDI has also disclosed taking money from Disinfo Cloud, an unclassified and defunct platform through the State Department's Global Engagement Center. Disinfo Cloud was used between 2018 and 2021 by Congress and over a dozen federal agencies, including the Departments of Defense, Energy, Treasury, and the FBI , according to the State Department.

The GEC aims to "counter foreign state and non-state propaganda and disinformation efforts aimed at undermining or influencing the policies, security, or stability of the United States, its allies, and partner nations," according to its website.

In 2018, the GEC began funding Disinfo Cloud, a State Department spokesperson told the Washington Examiner. The GEC awarded roughly $300,000 to an investment group called Park Advisers, which fights "disinformation, terrorism, violent extremism, hate speech" to manage Disinfo Cloud, the spokesperson said.

Park Advisers implemented Disinfo Cloud "to provide the U.S. government and its partners with a database of the tools and technologies available to help push back against foreign propaganda and disinformation," according to its website, which links to Disinfo Cloud's former landing page that has since been pulled off the internet.

In September 2021, the GEC and Disinfo Cloud announced that the Global Disinformation Index and two groups would split a $250,000 grant award as part of the U.S-Paris Tech Challenge. The challenge aimed "to advance the development of promising and innovative technologies against disinformation and propaganda" overseas, records show.

The Washington Examiner was unable to locate public documents reflecting the precise sum that GDI pocketed from this award. However, a State Department spokesperson said that GDI received $100,000 of the $250,000 award, which the GEC first paid to Park Advisers.

"If the Department of State, or any other government agency, is giving taxpayer money to shadowy organizations who are putting their thumbs on the scale of who gets heard and who doesn’t, it is a significant First Amendment violation," said David Warrington, an attorney for Dhillon Law Group. "The government is not supposed to be picking winners and losers in the free speech arena, regardless of whether they do it directly or by proxy, as appears to be the case here."

Two members of Congress told the Washington Examiner that they intend to investigate how the federal government is using taxpayer dollars when it comes to "disinformation" initiatives.

"Last year, under tremendous bipartisan pressure, I refused to reauthorize the Global Engagement Center because such a step seemed premature," said Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. "The most recent allegations, if verified, confirm the need for a strict accounting of all U.S. taxpayer funds going to the GEC."

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), similarly, said in a statement that the Biden administration is "knee deep" in left-leaning efforts to "crack down" on speech.

At last week’s Munich Security Conference, attended by politicians and experts from nearly 100 countries, speaker after speaker hysterically attacked Russia. For example, the masked actor playing US Vice-President Kamala Harris said: “The United States has formally established that Russia has committed crimes against humanity.” Next, German Defense Minister Pistorius says “Ukraine must win the war.” Then UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak chimes in “we must help Ukraine to shield its cities from Russian bombs and Iranian drones”. He also joined the US in calling out Russia’s “sickening war crimes.”

The problem with this hysteria is that it does not fit with events on the ground. As Polish intelligence notes, “publicly everyone is with the Ukrainian government but, behind the scenes it has already been dealt with.”

The real figures of the war in Ukraine, established by Mossad and published by Hürseda Haber  [4] show the balance of power is 8 to 1 in favor of Russia. There are 18,480 dead on the Russian side, against 157,000 on the Ukrainian side.

Italian P3 Freemason sources add Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelinsky was recently killed on their orders. Mossad sources agree saying “The real Zelensky is gone. The one appearing in photo ops and videos is an avatar or CGI. The P3 is correct.”

Since the Ukraine war is basically over, all this exaggerated anti-Russian hysteria is looking like a campaign of misdirection. MI6 sources say the giant US tank army is actually in Russia and is joining the Russian army for a massive campaign against communist China. In other words, the George Bush Sr. plan to start a new cold war and make Russia seem like a Chinese ally -only to turn against them at the last minute- is being activated.

“We do not want to replace US hegemony with Chinese communist hegemony,” a Russian FSB source explains.

However, Russia still seems to be playing both sides since Tass reports:

The US government missed an international payments deadline on January 31st and has been cut off since February 17th. The Port of Los Angeles confirms “a significant volume decline” in February.

This is why many in the old regime leadership see war as a way out. As a top Pentagon general once told me, “we would rather start World War III than become unemployed.”

However, China is well aware of these plans and has been preparing surprises of its own. A Canadian Secret Intelligence Service source says a massive Chinese army has been secretly gathered by the communist traitor Justin Castrudeau at underground bases around Canada for a move on the US. This war talk may well be high-level brinkmanship as negotiations for a world government near their conclusion.

For example, I have been unable to confirm through direct analog reporting that the train derailments with toxic clouds spreading in all directions are real. We know there was a train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio and that it was a deliberate false flag. It took place right where a Netflix show about such a disaster was filmed. What seems to be going on is that real train derailments are taking place but that these are followed with exaggerated reports of toxic fumes etc. This is the pattern that was seen in Fukushima where a real detonation and real tsunami were followed up with extremely exaggerated reports about “the entire Pacific Ocean” being radioactive. The Rockefellers have a long history of this sort of operation.

Also, the Rockefeller-owned WHO (World Harm Organization) is telling people to stock up on anti-radiation medicine. This means like some toxic nuclear accident (real or fake) is next on their agenda. The Russian government has been repeatedly warning about just such a plan.

The recent shooting down of multiple UFOs reported by the US and Canadian authorities is another example.
