A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declaring: “This sudden change of stance by Washington proves that US officials would stoop to anything in their attempts to suppress Russia, using the Ukrainian people as a tool...They are even fine with flirting with neo-Nazis”, says this declaration was in response to the beyond shocking news: “The American State Department has allowed the delivery of US weapons to Ukraine’s Azov Brigade, whose members have openly espoused ultranationalist and neo-Nazi views...The flow of arms had previously been restricted due to the unit’s ties to hateful ideology”.
The United States now openly “flirting with neo-Nazis” in Ukraine, this report notes, followed socialist European Union and NATO member leader Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban warning: “The fact is that the Western warmongering leaders want to defeat Russia in this war, and the reason is rather simple – it is money...Consider Ukraine’s capabilities: It is a rich country that is hugely indebted...Ukraine’s wealth can be acquired and divided, the agricultural land, the economic opportunities, and who knows what else...The Ukraine conflict itself has become a major source of revenue, which is why it is difficult to stop at this point...When such a war starts, they see the opportunity, they ask – what can we get out of this?...Then come the arms suppliers, the creditors, the speculators, and they look for a chance to enrich themselves and they push the war machine forward”.

Among the warmongering socialist Western colonial “creditors” looking for a chance to enrich themselves in Ukraine, this report details, it was recently revealed: “A Ukraine reconstruction bank being set up by Kyiv with help from BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase has at least $500 million in committed capital and could be ready to launch in 5-6 months with close to $1 billion”.
Speaking for the warmongering socialist Western colonial “speculators” looking for a chance to enrich themselves in Ukraine, this report notes, neocon United States Senator Lindsey Graham proclaimed: “They’re sitting on $10 trillion to $12 trillion of critical minerals in Ukraine...They could be the richest country in all of Europe...If we help Ukraine now, they can become the best business partner we ever dreamed of, that $10 to $12 trillion of critical mineral assets could be used by Ukraine and the West, not given to Putin and China”.
The result of warmongering socialist Western colonial arms suppliers, creditors and speculators pushing “the war machine forward” in Ukraine, this report continues, caused the Wall Street Journal to reveal today: “Last year Ukrainians and their supporters believed that superior Western weapons were going to give Ukraine dominance on the battlefield, while Western economic sanctions would drive Russia’s economy toward collapse...The plan failed...The counteroffensive led to heavy casualties on the Ukrainian side without compensating setbacks for Moscow, and Russia’s economy so far has survived Western sanctions...Ukraine is trapped in a war of attrition with a larger, richer country, and Mr. Putin thinks he can grind out a win”—and as for what a “war of attrition” looks like, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced today that Russian military forces killed over 1,740 enemy soldiers in Ukraine during the past 24 hours, and revealed: “In all, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 611 Ukrainian warplanes, 276 helicopters, 25,514 unmanned aerial vehicles, 528 surface-to-air missile systems, 16,308 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,331 multiple rocket launchers, 10,302 field artillery guns and mortars and 22,413 special military motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation”.

Democrats Have One Card Left To Play” warningly assessed:
President Joe Biden is in serious mental decline, from the "perpetual state of confusion" displayed on his trip to France, to Washington insiders reporting that the president has performed poorly in meetings, the president’s cognitive impairment raises serious concerns for U.S. national security with a heightened potential for global conflict.
The mental acuity of a nation’s leader plays a critical role in shaping and executing foreign policy – akin in many ways to a general leading an army.
Gen. Kurt von Hammerstein-Equord, a noted German military officer and opponent of Adolf Hitler, is said to have categorized leaders on their intelligence and industriousness, noting:
"I divide my officers into four classes as follows: the clever, the industrious, the lazy, and the stupid. Each officer always possesses two of these qualities. Those who are clever and industrious I appoint to the General Staff. Use can, under certain circumstances, be made of those who are stupid and lazy. The man who is clever and lazy qualifies for the highest leadership posts. He has the requisite and the mental clarity for difficult decisions. But whoever is stupid and industrious must be got rid of, for he is too dangerous".
Applying von Hammerstein-Equord's classification to contemporary politics, some critics argue that Biden, in his current state, fits in the "stupid and lazy" category. This combination, while not ideal, allows for the possibility of stage management by staff, competent or otherwise. Though our system of government expects a vigorous executive — as Alexander Hamilton noted in Federalist 70, "energy in the executive is the leading character in the definition of good government". Today, we have no energy in the White House.
But while the president’s vacuous passivity can be navigated with a degree of difficulty, Vice President Kamala Harris’s vigorous foolishness is a bigger threat. This perspective, along with Harris’s historically low approval ratings, is likely why the Biden cabinet hesitates to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Biden from office — they’re stuck with no good options.
Instead, look for the Democratic National Committee to swap Biden out at the convention after a pressure campaign from party power brokers for him to step down. This would release Biden’s delegates, allowing for a brokered convention that would likely select California Gov. Gavin Newsom or another high-profile progressive. Then, the sole-remaining challenge would be that Biden could muddle through to the end of his term. But even were Newsom to replace Biden on the Democratic ticket, America remains under grave threat from the dangers of a mentally declining president.
