Why are People so Obedient? – Compliance and Tyranny

In the privacy of our minds many of us disagree with the ideologies, political agendas, and government mandates of our day, yet in public we comply. We do what we are told, say what is politically correct, and justify our hypocrisy by telling ourselves that we are powerless to change society, and so we might as well blend in with the crowd. In this video, we explain why publicly conforming to what we privately disagree with makes us complicit in tyranny, and why each of us has far more power to influence society than we have been led to believe.
In the 1950s, the social psychologist Solomon Asch conducted an experiment which demonstrated the degree to which individuals will reject what they think is true in order to conform to the majority. In the experiment, Asch showed a test subject two cards. On the first card was a single line, and on the second card were three lines, A, B, and C, with only line C being the same length as the line on the first card. Asch instructed the test subject to state which line on the second card was the same length as the line on the first card. However, before the test subject gave an answer, they witnessed 7 confederates – or individuals who were in on the experiment – state that line B was the same length as the line on the first card. Rather than state the obvious truth, the test subjects gave the same wrong answer as the group 37% of the time, and of the 123 test subjects who took part in this experiment, two thirds went along with the group at least once. Asch’s experiment confirms what philosophers have been reiterating for thousands of years: for most human beings conforming to what others say and do – no matter how objectively false or absurd – takes precedence over adapting to reality and discovering the truth.
In reflecting on Asch’s experiment, the psychologist Todd Rose explains:
“…we care about being in the numerical majority even when we don’t necessarily care about the group and even when the group opinion is merely an illusion. Acting on instinct, in social situations our brains don’t actually bother to make the distinction between appearance and reality…Even in the absence of intentional pressure or incentives, we like to go along with what we think is the consensus because, quite simply, we’re biologically wired to do so.”

Our inclination to go along with what we think is the consensus makes us vulnerable to propaganda and easily manipulated. For one of the primary ways that governments, corporations, and global institutions influence public opinion and shape mass behavior is by manufacturing illusions of consensus.

The undercover chaps and lasses at James O'Keefe's new undercover media venture have done it again - this time tricking a BlackRock recruiter into making several damning admissions.
In a series of covertly-recorded meetings, recruiter Serge Varlay describes how BlackRock - the world's largest asset manager - is able to "run the world," and that it's easier to pull off shenanigans when "people aren't thinking about it."
According to Varlay, US Senators can be 'bought' for as little as $10k.

The US Corporation is again facing bankruptcy as the September 30th fiscal year-end approaches.
With one month left to go, the deficit for fiscal 2023 now stands at $1.52 trillion and no source of funding has been found for this so far.

US “Ambassador” to Japan Rahm Emanuel and his fellow Satanists thought the KM could pull another Obama con job on the Chinese by offering Kamala Harris as a brown-skinned female slave president for the US Corporation.
On Friday, he posted on X/Twitter claiming Chinese Defense Minister Gen Li Shangfu Li had not appeared at a scheduled meeting with the Singaporean chief of navy because he was “placed under house arrest”.
Emanuel was freaking out because Li was supposed to sign over gold-backed bonds that would have provided enough money to keep the US Corporation going until 2025, by which time they hoped to start all-out nuclear war in order to get out of debt, according to Chinese intelligence agency sources.
The deal had been in the works since March and the plan was to bribe the Chinese with $1.5 trillion or so with the intention of giving each and every Chinese person about $1,000. This was to “help overcome economic troubles caused by the collapsing real estate sector.”
Instead, Chinese President Xi Jinping arrested Li alongside over 200 PLA Rocket Force associates and thus prevented nuclear war, the sources say.
By the way, Li’s disappearance is not related to the firing of Foreign Minister Qin Gang in July.
On 19 September 2023, Chinese intelligence contacted us to correct and clarify what we wrote about fired Foreign Minister Qin Gang and Defense Minister Gen Li Shangfu.
Qin was fired because he had an inappropriate relationship with a Hong Kong reporter who is believed to be an MI6 asset. He is being ordered to write a letter of contrition and may be eventually rehabilitated.
General Li was fired to take responsibility for “disorder” at the People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force.

The sources added there is no money in China these days because of the real estate crisis and that this is causing political instability. Nonetheless, the Chinese know they need to undertake painful structural reforms and not try to paper over the problem with funny money.
