A beyond foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin declaring about the socialist Western colonial proxy war currently waged against Russia: “We can only rely on ourselves in this regard...No one will come to us with open hands and just donate anything...We can only do it on our own...And we are succeeding”, says this success is based on Russia having the world’s largest amount of natural resources valued at over $75 trillion, which is why Supreme Commander of the German Army Lieutenant-General Alfons Mais warned his NATO allies: “Russian resources, like the resources of the Russian army, are practically inexhaustible...Many underestimate the Russian Armed Forces...This cannot be done”.

In quick response to the demonic attacks on innocent civilians, this report continues, Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov to Washington most factually declared about the socialist Biden Regime: “The administration demonstratively supports the crimes of the Kiev regime...It took the side of international terrorism, and condones attacks on civilians by Bandera’s adherents...It is obvious to policymakers in Washington that cluster munitions in ATACMS missiles cannot be launched without the participation of American specialists and support from US intelligence...It is no coincidence that enemy drones are circling over the Black Sea almost every day...All this indicates the death of America’s pseudo-humane foreign policy in the bloody swamp of the Ukrainian crisis”.

Immediately prior to the terrorist attacks on innocent Russian civilians yesterday, this report concludes, the Kiev Post grimly revealed: “Ukraine's energy operator Ukrenergo said Sunday that rolling electricity blackouts will be imposed nationwide throughout Monday because of increased Russian attacks on power stations”—and quickly following these terrorist attacks, world-renowned British military historian Richard Overy issued his declaration “Why It’s Too Late To Stop World War 3”, wherein he gravely warned: “The question of how a third world war might erupt haunts us today more than at any time since the end of the last world war...The very act of guessing is proof of our expectation that warfare of some kind remains a fact in a world of multiple insecurities...While few would actively seek the Third World War, few envisaged or wanted the other two...The sad reality is that our understanding of why wars occur has so far contributed little to setting warfare aside as an enduring element in human affairs”.
