An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov assessing about the socialist European Union preparing a debt-funded back-up plan worth up to $22 billion to sidestep Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s objections and quickly release money for Kiev: “This money is unable to change the course of events in the special military operation...We are pushing ahead with it...For us, the main thing is to achieve the goals that are in front of us...Both the Europeans and Americans perfectly understand the level of corruption in Ukraine...They realize that a considerable part of this money is being stolen”, says this assessment was joined by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova most factually observing: “Everyone has seen the Kiev regime's lack of confidence about its own future amid growing Western fatigue with their failures...The begging of their Ukrainian underlings is causing ever more irritation in Washington, London and Brussels...There is a growing reluctance among ordinary people in Western society to nurture the corrupt regime from their own pockets...The sooner the collective West realizes that the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, which it provoked, is possible only through achieving the goals of the special military operation, the sooner peace will come”.
Not understood by the Western peoples, this report notes, is that as they grow poorer by the day, their money is being spent to prop up the entire corrupt puppet state of Ukraine, and as just revealed by Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, who also serves as the economy minister: “Ukraine may have to postpone pay for public servants and pension payments to millions of its citizens if the European Union and United States fail to deliver promised financial aid early next year...Kyiv might have to delay paying wages for 500,000 civil servants and 1.4 millions teachers and benefits for 10 million pensioners if foreign aid does not come through”.
After Russian military forces announced the “Christmas Liberation” of the key Donbass stronghold of Maryinka, this report continues, the lying leftist Western media flooded out fake news articles like “Ukraine Says Forces Holding Out In Strategic Town Of Maryinka Despite Russian Claims”—a leftist fake news articles, however, that stood in stark opposition to Ukrainian Commander-In-Chief General Valery Zaluzhny truthfully announcing: “This is exactly the same as it was in Bakhmut – street by street, block by block, and our soldiers were being targeted – and the result is what it is...This is a war, so the fact that we have now retreated to the outskirts of Maryinka and set up positions behind Maryinka in some areas is nothing that can cause any public outcry...Sadly, this is what war is like”—a truthful announcement joined by the leftist New York Times assessing: “A painful reality check shows the 600-mile-long Ukrainian-Russian front in a figurative and literal freeze, draining Ukrainian resources and lives without much prospect for change in the foreseeable future”—all of which was joined by the leftist Washington Post observing today: “The West has fooled itself too often in the fight over Ukraine’s survival…Now there are signs — in Europe, especially — that its crippling capacity for self-deception will continue into the new year...Magical thinking led the West to believe sanctions would bring Russia to its knees — despite the Kremlin’s vast resources and relative immunity to domestic political pressure...Meanwhile, the West tricked itself into thinking that sloganeering could forge a consensus to back Kyiv — “for as long as it takes,” as President Biden put it — without explaining that sacrifice, setbacks and staggering sums of money would inevitably be needed...Biden’s shift to the phrase “for as long as we can” during a recent news conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, signaled the apparent emptiness of that promise”.
Among those exhibiting a “crippling capacity for self-deception” using “magical thinking”, this report details, are Samuel Charap of the RAND Corporation and Jeremy Shapiro of the European Council on Foreign Relations, who, in their just released policy document “Elements Of An Eventual Russia-Ukraine Armistice And The Prospect For Regional Stability In Europe”, comically assert that the conflict can be ended on terms favorable to the West, but who should have looked for better guidance in the leftist CNBC article “With Hopes Of Victory Fading, Ukraine’s War Against Russia Could Get Even Harder In 2024”, wherein it more accurately warned: “At the start of 2023, hopes were high that a much-vaunted Ukrainian counteroffensive would change the dial in the war against Russia...It didn’t, and 2024 could be even harder...Ukraine’s alliances with the U.S. and Europe could be destabilized further in 2024, putting the future of military aid packages in doubt...The amount of support and military hardware Ukraine receives could make or break its war efforts...Russia has ramped up military spending and weapons production, signaling it’s prepared for a long war”.

Most certainly not affected by “magical thinking”, this report report concludes, is Russian state owned global news giant RT, whose guiding principal is: “They think you believe...We believe you think”—and today, RT revealed that Russia unleashed a top secret project named “Grandpa On A Leash” proving beyond all doubt that Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden is being teleoperated by lost Soviet technology from an undisclosed location in Siberia.
