A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin appointed political scientist Sergei Karaganov to be his key advisor for strategic deterrence yesterday, says current Director Karaganov of the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy (SWAP) was branded by the socialist Western colonial powers as “Professor Doomsday” after he declared: “Russia should revise its nuclear doctrine and lower its nuclear threshold in order to deter the West from pursuing reckless policies” and released his open letter “By Using Its Nuclear Weapons, Russia Could Save Humanity From A Global Catastrophe”.
Quickly following President Putin appointing “Professor Doomsday” to be his key advisor on the use of strategic nuclear weapons, this report notes, the United States Department of Defense (DoD) announced that the B-2 Stealth Bomber, the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and F-15 Eagle aircraft have been approved to carry and deliver the new B61-12 thermonuclear gravity bomb, whose 11 foot 8 inch (3.56 m) length, 13 inch (33 cm) diameter and about 700 pound (320 kg) weight classify it as a tactical nuclear weapon, and the Federation of American Scientists estimated each one costs “more than its weight in gold”.
The sole use of a tactical thermonuclear weapon, this report continues, is to stop an advance of forces when you run out of reserves—the DoD approval announcement on the use of B61-12 thermonuclear gravity bombs by American warplanes was joined by the news: “Russia launched a new ground assault in the Kharkiv region in the northeast of Ukraine today”—news quickly followed by the socialist Biden Regime announcing a new $400 million military aid package for Ukraine, and White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby warned: “It is certainly possible that the Russians are setting themselves up for a larger assault on Kharkov...You’re not going to do that if you’re not also thinking about some other larger assault directly on the city”.
In response to the socialist Biden Regime sending another military aid package to its corrupt puppet state Ukraine, this report details, Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov to the United States observed: “The yet another arms shipment to the Zelensky regime is a reaction to the success of the Russian Armed Forces at the frontline...Our soldiers and officers continue to liberate the Russian land by their heroic efforts...America acknowledges this fact”—an observation joined by former United States Marine Corp intelligence officer and United Nations weapons inspector Scott Ritter assessing: “What the Ukrainians have had to do is pull in reserves and take forces out from other fronts, including the Kharkov front and the Odessa front, to come into the battlefield where they've been eliminated, or they've been worn down and there are no replacements…What's going to happen is Ukraine will be compelled to withdraw reserves from the Kiev region and from Odessa, to go to Kharkov to fill that gap...While they do that, the Russians will then launch a second major attack somewhere in the Zaporozhye area, and Ukrainians are going to be put to the classic horns of a dilemma where if they go north they lose, they go south they lose, if they stay in the middle they lose - there's no good option for them...We will then see the total collapse of the Ukrainian army and the rapid withdrawal beyond the Dnepr River...Eventually, Ukrainian generals faced with the inevitable slaughter of the totality of their force will sue for peace”.
While Russia and United States prepare their nuclear weapons forces as the Ukraine Nazi Regime nears its total defeat, this report concludes, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson chief advisor Dominic Cummings just warned the socialist Western colonial powers: “We should have never got into the whole stupid situation...Ukraine is a corrupt shithole that doesn’t matter at all...This is not a replay of 1940 with the pumpkin Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky as the Churchillian underdog...This whole Ukrainian corrupt mafia state has basically conned us all and we’re all going to get fucked as a consequence”—a warning joined by world-renowned American military historian Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, who this week released his book “The End Of Everything: How Wars Descend Into Annihilation”, and yesterday assessed about the United States:
I don’t think the average American understands that the Chinese are producing four ships per year to our one ship.
Or that if you took any of our $15 billion carriers and you put them in the straits between Taiwan and China, they wouldn’t last more than an hour given the Chinese have developed missile batteries where they could launch 5,000 or 6,000 small missiles that would go about 6 inches above the water and hit the waterline at night. And you couldn’t stop that.
They are building nuclear weapons at a phenomenal rate. They’re working on anti-missile defense. They’re back up to probably 250,000 students in the United States; if 1 percent are engaged in espionage—and the FBI says it’s more than that—you’ve got thousands of people who are appropriating technology.
I don’t think anybody understands that it’s going to take us six years to replenish Javelin stocks and maybe we can’t. North Korea is producing more 155-mm shells than we are. At least they sent 2 million of them to the Russians.
So we are not armed, and yet, our strategic responsibilities, our strategic confidence, our arrogance has not lessened commensurately with our reduced defense capacity.
We’re 40,000 recruits short now in the military—never happened before.
And when you analyze who is not joining the military, it’s not blacks, it’s not Latinos, it’s not gays, it’s not women, it’s not trans people, all of those numbers are the same … the largest group are white males from the lower and middle classes whose families fought in Vietnam, first Gulf War, Afghanistan, but this third and fourth generation are not joining up.
And unfortunately, for the military, if you look at the casualty or the fatality rates in Afghanistan and Iraq, that demographic dies at twice their demographics—72 percent to 74 percent of all the dead in Afghanistan, in Iraq are white males from the middle and lower classes.
And yet, this is the very demographic that retired General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, in testimonies, have suggested suffer from white rage or white privilege.
And the Pentagon was investigating just those kind of slanders about that demographic, and they found, of course, in December, they quietly issued a report, there was no cabal of white supremacists.
But the point is, you can’t really have a successful military when you’re 40,000 recruits short in just a year.

The Presidential Election, Failing Higher Education and The End of Everything | Victor Davis Hanson
