Evidence of Fraud in the War on Terror

"The United States and its allies had been deliberately proliferating radical Islam for decades, only to later spend trillions fighting the enemy they created, thus generating huge war profits for Wall Street moguls."

Dear friends,

Is the War on Terror a fraud? Have you noticed that when the government declares a war on something, it tends to get worse and not better? President Nixon declared war on drugs in the early 70s, yet since then the number of people incarcerated for drug crimes has risen dramatically. And since President G.W. Bush declared war on terror after 9/11, terrorism has grown and spread worldwide.

Is there a deeper agenda behind all of this? Is it possible that covert groups are manipulating the War on Terror to create more war, knowing that this helps to fill the coffers of the multinationals and those who benefit from them? A highly decorated U.S. general who discovered how he had been manipulated went so far as to write a book titled "War is a Racket." Another U.S. general stated, "we helped build ISIS."

The essay below uses easily verified facts to show many ways in which the War on Terror is a fraud. This brilliant article connects the dots on the War on Terror in a way that our major media have sadly failed us. Even the beginning photo of President Reagan in 1985 meeting with members of the Mujahideen in the White House reveals blatant war profiteering. Explore what is written here and verify the links given to prove that things are not always as they seem.

This essay is taken from the incredibly profound online book Lifting the Veil, which uses highly reliable sources to reveal countless political and economic manipulations carried out in secret worldwide by powerful, well-hidden groups for decades. By educating ourselves and shining light into these shadows, we can create powerful change that will transform our lives and world for the better. Thanks for caring. "The problem of the Pathocracy seems to be so vast and complex; it is certainly intimidating. We are fortunate that the solutions are relatively simple. It begins and ends with education and non-participation. Ignorance is the sole tool that keeps the Pathocracy afloat. It's truly this easy. An awake populace can collectively choose to stop holding the pyramid above their shoulders by refusing to oil the gears of the machine. We need to collectively move our money out of big banks, support local enterprise over multinational corporations, and be excessively vocal about the truth."

INSIDE-JOB: MUMBAI

NOVEMBER 24, 2013

There is growing evidence that the 'terrorist' attack on Mumbai in 2008 was the work of the security services of India, the USA and others.

The main planner of the Mumbai Attack was the American called David Headley.

David Headley in Mumbai

Adrian Levy and Cathy Scott Clark, British investigative journalists and authors of 'The Siege', remind us of the following:

1. David Headley's wife, Faiza, warned the American Embassy that David Headley was planning a terrorist attack in Mumbai.

She noted the lack of reaction from the embassy and came to the conclusion that David Headley could well be working for the Americans.

Faiza

2. Headley and the other 'terrorists' in Mumbai had support from important people in Mumbai.

An agent in the Indian intelligence services helped carry out the terrorist attack in Mumbai in 2008.

The agent named "Honey Bee" is referred to in Levy and Scott-Clark's book "The Seige".

For the first 28 hours of the siege, the 4 Taj gunmen were almost completely unhindered.

It took 58 hours to end the siege - evidence that this was an inside job.

3. David Headley was a valued CIA asset.

4. Certain Indian intelligence agents accused their US counterparts of protecting Headley.

5. In 2009, certain agents from India's spy service RAW confronted the CIA and accused the US of having some responsibility for the deaths in Mumbai.

Serril Headley and son

6. David Headley's mother was Serrill Headley, a socialite and adventuress from Maryland.

His father worked for Voice of America (a CIA front).

David Headley worked for America's Drugs Enforcement Administration (DEA) which is very close to the CIA.

By 2008, David Headley was married to three women, none of whom knew of the others' existence.

David Headley in various disguises

The wife in the US grew suspicious after he championed the (CIA's) 9/11 attack, and she reporting him to the authorities.

David Headley's cousin Alex Headley, a soldier in the US Army, considered reporting him.

David Headley's mother Serril informed on him to the FBI.

Serrill Headley, who died ten months before Mumbai, told a friend that her son 'must have worked for the US government' .

Are We in the Midst of a Great Awakening?

We are living through the most exciting times in human history. Breakthroughs in every area of science are opening our minds to the beauty and mystery of the material world.

At the same time technology is giving us the power to make many of our dreams come true.

But what makes these times even more exciting is that we stand on the threshold of the greatest changes in human consciousness ever.

Whether it is our relationships with our loved ones, our attitude to money, the ever-increasing pace of life, or the environmental crisis, everything is pushing us to wake up to our full mental potential.

We are being called to rediscover for ourselves the profound truths of which the great saints and teachers have spoken for thousands of years.

At their core, they all have been urging us to become wiser, more compassionate, more psychologically healthy human beings.

To let go of our attachments to having things be a certain way, to be less materialistic, less egocentric, less greedy and hungry for power or status.

And through this shift in consciousness to find peace in the moment — the inner peace we have been yearning for all along, but fruitlessly seeking in the world around.

This is the next great frontier; not outer space but inner space. The exploration and development of human spirit.

This is not an exploration to be conducted by some scientists in a laboratory; it is an exploration in which we are all personally engaged, and it is taking place in the laboratory of life. And it is already underway.

Look at the book bestseller lists. Hardly a week goes by without at least half of the top ten being about some form of personal development. Look at television, the specials on healing, the success of Oprah.

Look at the Internet, the plethora of sites devoted to spiritual growth of one form or another.

This is what people are hungry for today; this is the direction the collective consciousness is moving in.

And look at kids today. I know many in their teens and early twenties whose values and wisdom far outshine the liberated thinking of a couple of decades ago.

Those of us who lived through the heydays of the sixties might have thought our philosophy of life was pretty cool; and by the standards of the time it probably was.

But place some of the wiser kids of today back in that world, and they would stand out as beacons of enlightenment.

Spiritual exploration is not just some lofty work, to be undertaken by some select few who have renounced the worldly life.

Every day we have the opportunity to learn a little more about ourselves, to let go a little more of attitudes that no longer serve us, to step back and be a little less attached to desires.

In every unexpected situation when the world fails to match our expectations, when what is happening is not what we think should be happening, we can remind ourselves that we have a choice.

We can either see the situation through the eyes of fear — all the ways in which it could lead us to suffer — or we can choose to see it through the eyes of love — as an opportunity for learning, growth, and greater understanding.

This shift in perception is a foundation stone of spiritual work. If we practice this in every situation in which we find ourselves, with every person we meet, then we can move from being the victim of our thoughts and feelings to being the master of them.

And through that practice, we can help ourselves and each other to become happier, healthier, and more caring people.

INDIA’S SUPER SOLAR GRANNIES

Grandmothers in rural areas are quashing stereotypes and becoming solar engineers to help solve India’s energy issues, writes David W. Smith

At first, Indian villagers are bemused by the vision of Indian grandmothers climbing on to roofs carrying toolkits and solar panels. There are sniggers from youngsters as though the solar mamas are India’s answer to Monty Python’s Hell’s Grannies. Indian grandmothers are not supposed to be solar engineers. They have always been cooks, childminders and dispensers of homespun wisdom. So what are they doing carrying out technical installations beyond the ken of men decades younger?

But the “solar mamas” are well trained and highly professional. They have learned everything they need to know about solar panels on a six-month course at Barefoot College in Rajasthan. And the role they will play is critical in providing the energy supplies that allow remote areas of the developing world to surmount grinding poverty.InIndia,320millionpeopleremain unconnected to the grid and the figure for the whole world is 1.6 billion. These rural households rely on inadequate sources of energy such as candles and kerosene.

“These women have been written off in their communities as past their prime,” says Megan Fallone, head of global strategy and development at the Barefoot College. “They’ve never had a formal education so what could they possibly contribute beyond watching children and cooking and cleaning? But our model is about giving the least likely person the most responsibility. There’s an element of social justice as it’s empowering for them, but it’s also empowering for the whole community.”

Go granny

The grandmothers are perfectly placed to act as environmental stewards. Barefoot College realised long ago that it was pointless training men to install panels as they would invariably leave for the city. But the grandmothers stay embedded in the community and pass on their knowledge about sustainability to the next generation.

Bunker Roy founded Barefoot College in 1972 to help rural communities become more self-sufficient. There are Barefoot solutions for solar electrification, clean water, education, livelihood development, and activism. The illiterate solar mamas are trained from scratch to identify and code ‘colours’ using a local language for electricity system and tools. On completion of the course, their skills are impressive. They understand how resistors and electrical devices work. They can also handle charge controllers and advanced converters, as well as install solar panels and link them to batteries. And they are able to build solar lanterns and construct local electronic workshops where they carry out repairs.

International movement

The solar project started in India; since 1989, Barefoot College’s solar electrification programme has trained over 700 illiterate and semi-literate women as Barefoot Solar Engineers (BSE). Collectively, they have electrified 50,000 rural households in around 1,400 villages in 64 countries across Latin and South America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia to cover 600,000 people. Each solar mama fabricates, installs and maintains the systems for 50 households. Villages are divided into sets of 100 and two women work together. The solar mamas are also trained to train others. On average, each one teaches three other people to do the work. “If you asked the young men in the village, ‘would you want to be taught something by your grandmother?’, they would say ‘no way, my grandma has nothingtoteachme’andlaugh,” says Fallone. “But the minute they see the solar mamas doing something they never imagined they could do, they feel able to do it themselves.”

Funding for the Barefoot College programmes comes from many sources, including the Government of India and the UN Development Programme. But the villagers also have to contribute financially. “We ask them to replace what they spend on candles, kerosene, batteries and other forms of lighting and charging for mobiles. Sums are democratically agreed in the community and 30 per cent of the contribution pays the solar mama’s wages. She returns to the community as a professional and deserves to be paid,” says Fallone.

A number of private companies are also selling solar power models to rural India. There are various business models. One of the most prominent is Simpa Energy, which has sold its pay-as-you-go model to tens of thousands of Indians. Customers use their mobile phones to purchase an access code that they punch into a small box connected to solar panels on their houses. Within seconds, a bright LED light illuminates the room. Eventually, the customer pays for the system outright and power is free.

OMC Power has a different approach. The company builds mini solar power plants that charge everything from large cell phone towers to hundreds of small battery-powered LED lanterns. Each day, OMC delivers charged-up lanterns to customers, and then returns the following morning to pick up the lanterns for recharge.

Selco is another company offering loan instalments for solar systems that are comparable to monthly outgoings on kerosene and candles. After the initial expense, customers pay around US$3 a year in maintenance and every six years they pay for a new battery. Once the instalments on the loan are paid, they become asset owners.

Founder Harish Hande says: “They become less of a credit risk for the banks and can take out loans for other assets such as sewing machines. This decentralised solar model makes sense because it works by leapfrogging the centralised power generation. It democratises choice, energy andinnovation.Itgivesthepoorthechance to become micro-entrepreneurs.”

Professor Ashok Jhunjhunwala, an engineer at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras at Chennai, says there is no viable alternative for rural communities in India. “Without solar power they will stay below the poverty line. It’s liberating in many ways. It enables children to study properly in good light and adults to see well enough to make things. Electric fans allow people to work longer hours and get more rest and cell phone charging allows people to make calls and access the Internet.”

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is keen on solar energy and he recently increased India’s 2022 solar energy target five times from 20 to 100 gigawatts (GW). International companies are jumping at the opportunities. For instance, US-based SunEdison is planning to install more than 10GW of solar power in India in the next seven years, including a US$4 billion solar equipment factory. Meanwhile, India’s Adani Power has agreed to set up the country’s largest solar park, a 10GW facility in Rajasthan.

But most of this solar power will be transferred into the national grid. It’s not the democratised model Harish Hande speaks about. To achieve that on a mass scale, he says India needs to use its 20,000 vocational schools to teach the same techniques used by the solar mamas.

“The government can create an ecosystem that would create a solar revolution through local financial mechanisms and education. Right now everyone is still too fascinated by the national grid, which temporarily solves issue of power but not the issue of poverty. That’s what we can solve using solar.”

Professor Ashok Jhunjhunwala is confident that India can achieve the transformation it needs. “The government, NGOs and the private sector will do it together. To date the numbers of solar installations is relatively small, in the hundreds of thousands. But I am optimistic that through solar power we will see rural areas moving away from poverty to a different, more positive mindset within a decade.”

The German Menace Of Islamo-Fascism

This is a critically important article to read in full. There is a very dark historical connection between Islamic terrorism and Nazi Germany, and some patterns are reoccurring today. Remember that Obama has stacked (and continues to do so) many Muslims in key Administration positions, who also have close connections to the Muslim Brotherhood.

While many speak of “Islamo-Fascism” these days, they do not really seem to take the history between Fascism and Islam very seriously.

Many pundits like to use the term “Islamo-Fascism” as a political metaphor, but strangely, they have far less interest in actually connecting the dots historically.

One significant personage that has been too often overlooked is the Swiss Nazi banker François Genoud (1915-1996), who became increasingly involved in Middle Eastern terrorism after World War II. Genoud was in charge of the Nazi treasury both during and after the war. During the war, Genoud worked with the German counterintelligence service called the Abwehr in Germany, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, and Belgium and was very involved in wheeling and dealing with currency, diamonds, and gold. Such dealings would have certainly included the robbery of Jewish victims who were deported to death camps in order to be euthanized.

Genoud took over Hitler’s publishing rights after his death, and he stated that the Fuhrer wanted his message to be spread into the Third World to keep his dreams alive. Genoud also made a fortune off the publishing rights to Josef Goebbels’s diaries. Not only was Genoud actively involved in the ODESSA organization that helped high-ranking Nazi leaders escape to places like South America and the Middle East, but he also infamously helped pay for Adolf Eichmann (1906-1961)’s defense together with Gestapo chief Klaus Barbie (1913-1991). While Eichmann was essentially in charge of the holocaust on the Eastern Front, Barbie was otherwise known as the Butcher of Lyon in France.

At about the same time, Genoud began bankrolling Islamic terrorism. As a veritable harbinger of 9-11, he was the mastermind behind the February 1972 hijacking of a Lufthansa flight in the name of Palestinian liberation from the Zionist occupation of Jerusalem. While the flight attendants were released, the hijackers were rewarded with a handsome five-million-dollar ransom that became the foundation stone of modern Palestinian terrorism against Israel. Then followed the Munich Olympics massacre, in which 11 Israeli athletes were killed on German soil, together with another Lufthansa hijacking a bit later that led to the release of three dangerous terrorists in Germany. The hijackers threatened to blow up the plane unless they be released. Against Israel’s wishes, the terrorists were released. At the time, many in Israel and in Israel’s government, including Prime Minister Golda Meir(1898-1978) herself, were very suspicious of German intelligence collusion with the terrorists.

Many believe that Genoud was the very founder of the international Al Taqwa Bank in Switzerland that was directed by a Neo-Nazi Islamicist by the name of Ahmad Huber, originally Albert Huber. This bank helped sponsor Osama bin Laden and was shut down after the 9-11 terrorist attacks for aiding and abetting both al-Qaeda and Hamas. Italian security dubbed it “The Bank of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

More Americans should therefore recall that 9-11 was hatched in Hamburg, with no small thanks to Germany’s multicultural treatment of the Muslims. Moreover, the ghost of Nazi racism still haunts modern Germany, as virulent anti-Semitism is thriving behind the scenes through the Muslim community behind the façade of multiculturalism. Multiculturalism is also far more akin to fascism than communism because it willfully celebrates the differences. Americans should further recall that the Ottoman Empire was on the side of Germany in the First World War, and that the Muslim Brotherhood was in thick with the Nazis during the Second World War.

Today, the Western stronghold of the Muslim Brotherhood resides in Germany, and the group is becoming much more animated and influential in America these days as well. The Obama administration has been openly courting the Muslim Brotherhood for the last several years, especially with regard to the Arab Spring that now has the entire Middle East up in flames with the rise of ISIS/ISIL. As early as 1991, the Muslim Brotherhood advocated a jihad of stealth against the United State by infiltrating its institutions. How far along are they in 2015? According to some, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt is strongly linked to the Benghazi attack itself.

The Muslim Brotherhood was founded in 1928 in Egypt by Hitler admirer Al-Banna (1906-1949). The grand mufti of Jerusalem, Amin Al-Husseini (1897-1974), joined the Muslim Brotherhood that same year. With a nod to Genoud, who visited Palestine in 1934, the grand mufti was a Palestinian Arab nationalist who worked closely with the Third Reich. The grand mufti recruited some 20,000 Muslim soldiers from Croatia and Hungary into the SS. Plans were discussed between Hitler and the grand mufti on how to destroy the Jews in Palestine, something Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu referredto not long ago with his own interpretation of the affair. The grand mufti even visited Auschwitz and urged Himmler to speed up the destruction of the Jews. Yugoslavia wanted to indict Amin Al-Husseini as a Nazi war criminal, but he escaped from French detention.

Somewhat troubling, Germany quickly found its way back into the Balkans after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Germany was originally the only country in the world that wanted to split up Yugoslavia. Thanks to strong German media influences, Serbia was quickly demonized during the Balkan War. The Balkans were accordingly split up along ethnic and racial lines so that Croatia, Kosovo, and Albania have become independent countries. Yet it must not be forgotten that the Nazis sided with both the Croats and Kosovo-Albanian Muslims against the Serbs during World War II. The Balkan War was perhaps the first salvo of the so-called Arab Spring.

Is it a coincidence that Germany is leading the charge with regard to the Syrian refugee crisis? Has anyone noticed that Germany seems to have the fewest problems with the Muslims in Europe? How can fascist Muslims who believe in Islamic supremacy benefit the most from multiculturalism? Does anyone care that two Nazi publishers in the 1930s, Bertelsmann and Holtzbrinck, nowcontrol most of the big-name publishing companies in the United States? How disquieting is it that apocalyptic environmentalism, post-modernism, and the global warming hoax all largely originated in Germany? Is it relevant that George Soros’s stupendous big bets in the ’80s and early ’90s against other currencies were based on the German mark? According to Pamela Geller’s Atlas Shrugs, there is even credible intelligence linking Soros to Genoud. Is this intelligence truly credible, and if so, does it have any bearing on Soros’s background history in Nazi-occupied Hungary in 1944 as a teenager?

Going all the way back to the Second Reich under Otto von Bismarck (1815-1898), Germany has been ever searching for a highway from Berlin to Baghdad through the Balkans, the very frontier between the Muslim Middle East and the European continent – i.e., the very powder keg that touched off World War I. Thanks to the Cold War, important Nazi scientists were covertly incorporated into America’s research labs to help stand up against the great dangers posed by the Soviet Union. Countless other Nazis simply got off scot-free. As the threat of international communism overshadowed the concerns over National Socialism in postwar Europe, many today are likewise oblivious to the very real possibility that Germany is still a menace.

SOURCE MANIFESTED ITSELF: CERN COLLIDER TURNS TO BLACKHOLE

No sacrifice is a good thing, the sacrifice in Paris from a magical perspective was tainted with evil intent. The crime was so great that source itself entered the hadron collider and a ‘pushing contest’ ensued with unbelievable amounts of energy being expended. Source manifested itself within the colliding tubes of the device, the operators of the device ramped up the power in an effort to expel what they perceive to be a foreign body. Source matched this energy output until finally extensive damage was caused to the whole installation. American security services who are not part of the Cabal estimate that it will take 10 years to repair the collider, my own information is it’s more like 5 years. The Cabal can either pretend that nothing has occurred or that they will mothball the device because in their words it has achieved what they set out to achieve.

How US Generates Terrorists from Within and How to Defeat Them

Most politicians don’t want to solve a problem. More than likely, they will seek how they could exploit the situation for their own benefit. The problem about ISIS can’t be solve by politicians especially those who created it.

Obviously, even the Russian surgical bombardments in Syria can’t solve the problem of terror in the Middle East for good. That’s only because terror starts somewhere else.

81% of indicted ISIL suspects are US citizens

The overwhelming majority of terror suspects charged in the United States because of their alleged ties with Daesh (ISIL) are American citizens, new research reveals.

Of the 68 people who have been indicted because of alleged involvement in Daesh terrorism, 55 or about 81 percent are US citizens, including 44 who were born in America, according to a study published this week by Center on National Security at Fordham University.

Eighteen of those individuals have been convicted with an average sentence of more than 10 years.

The data further shows that only three of those indicted in the US were refugees and none came from Syria.

The research comes amid a mounting clamor in the United States over the perceived threat of refugees to national security.

“Law enforcement is being very careful about these arrests. They really don’t see a great domestic terrorism threat here. Of course we know that anything could happen but, compared to abroad, the terrorism threat is really quite low,” said Karen Greenberg, director of the center, according to the Guardian newspaper.

The US House of Representatives has overwhelmingly approved legislation to suspend President Barack Obama’s program to allow 10,000 Syrian refugees into the country.

The measure was approved by a vote of 289 to 137 Thursday, giving it the two-thirds majority the House would need to override a promised veto by Obama. The bill will now go to the Senate.

‘US generates terrorists from within’

An American political commentator says one should not be surprised at the fact that a majority of Daesh (ISIL) suspects arrested in the United States are of US origin and not from Syria.

“There should be no surprise by anyone that the arrest by the US government of terrorist suspects inside the US would be in the main born in the United States and overwhelmingly US citizens, despite the fear campaign that’s being conducted by a number of politicians,” Don DeBar told Press TV on Saturday.

The comments follow a new research, which has revealed that none of the suspects who have ever been charged in the United States came from Syria.

According to figures published this week by the Center on National Security at Fordham University, the overwhelming majority of the suspects were born in America.

The figures show that among 68 people, who have been indicted because of alleged involvement in the ISIL terror group, only three were foreigners and none came from Syria.

Among those indicted 55 or 80.9 percent of individuals are US citizens, including 44 who were born in the country.

The research classifies more than half arrested of those and charged as “foreign fighters/ aspirants.” Around a quarter are “domestic plotters” and about one-fifth are “facilitators.

“They are young, they are spread over a wide geography, they are impervious to profiling in many ways,” said Karen Greenberg, director of the center.

This is while on Thursday, the US House of Representatives approved legislation to suspend President Barack Obama’s program to allow 10,000 Syrian refugees into the country. Under the proposal, no refugees from Syria or Iraq could enter the US until stricter screening measures are in place.

Debar also spoke of how “the techniques that are employed by the US to extend its power and influence outside of conventional warfare…, end up producing exactly this kind of effect.”

“When you are generating terrorists within the United States to go somewhere else and act as agents of the United States,…then they come back here.”

He added, “None of this should be a surprise. The term that people use, the colloquial term is ‘blowback’ and blowback, of course, is inevitable.”

Journalist who returned from Islamic State HQ tells RT how jihadists can be defeated

RT spoke to Jurgen Todenhofer, the first Western journalist who was allowed to enter territory controlled by the so-called Islamic State. A year ago, he spent 10 days among the terrorists, also visiting Raqqa, the capital of the self-proclaimed caliphate.

To arrange the journey, Todenhofer held Skype discussions with Islamic State (formerly ISIS/ISIL) for six months before they agreed to his visit.

Finally, the jihadists gave him official guarantee safety. “It was in their interest to fulfill their promises that I would come back alive – and I came back alive,” he said.

After spending several days with ISIS militants, having long discussions with them and observing their daily life, the German journalist said: “They don’t care if we call them terrorists.”

The streets of Raqqa are full of people, cars and functioning businesses, life seemed to be completely normal, Todenhofer said, but one should keep in mind that the Islamists had killed or driven off all the Shias and Christians, so the only people there were Sunnis.

The jihadists are not interested in picking on ordinary people as long as they abide by the Sharia law, they are after important people, the journalist said.

Yet the fear is out there. “If you make a mistake, you can be killed,”Todenhofer said, recalling people being punished with jail terms for offenses such as paying a visit to a girlfriend or using sleeping pills, which are prohibited.

“People know it is dangerous,” Todenhofer said, but an ordinary person there does not care, because “his life was not [much fun] before, under the control of the Shia government, which they did not like either.”

There are not too many women on the streets of Raqqa, and those few are completely covered with a veil. Only very old women do not have to wear a veil, Todenhofer recalled.

“Because if they are not nice and pretty anymore – they are allowed to show their face.”

Todenhofer told RT’s Neil Harvey that on ISIS’s territory, he met people from Russia’s Caucasus, but also from Germany, France, Britain and of course he asked all of them why they had come.

He said he had the impression that all the Muslims who joined ISIS used to be completely unimportant in their countries, were not accepted there and were considered second-class citizens.

“They are told that in Islamic State they will fight a historic fight, a final fight between good and evil,” he said.

“Those young people who were completely unimportant in their countries will be very important [here]. And for the first time in their life, somebody is telling them that they are important,” the journalist said.

Those young men are told they are going to be real stars and heroes, they will have a Kalashnikov and fight against the Americans and so on.

“They played all those video games where killers are the stars. And they believe they are going to be stars now.”

“They are brainwashed, of course, it’s a very successful combination of fanaticism and a very clever military drill they get from Saddam Hussein’s former officers,” Todenhofer said, adding: “They think that they are in a big story now and they are playing a very important role.”

For those European youth who come to Islamic State, the way back is effectively closed, because those who want to return home are considered traitors who have to be killed.

Also, those who believed they were going to fight American and British troops have realized that in reality they are killing innocent Muslims.

“They are realizing that the story they were told is completely wrong. They don’t live in luxury like they were told in Germany, [instead] they live a very simple life, they don’t have food every day, not even water, it is cold in cheap apartments where they live, so life is completely different – and they have to kill Muslims. This is not what they were promised,”Todenhofer said.

The journalist believes the Islamists are killing hostages such as innocent American journalists to sow fear and to provoke Washington to send ground troops to the Syrian battlefield – because they want to fight against the Americans.

“I think now they would like to fight also against the Russian ground troops, because they have this story that they have to be a hero and fight against the champions, while the Muslims they have killed up until now were not champions and [the ISIS fighters] want to fight powerful people,” he said.

Naturally, the militants did not tell him everything, yet Todenhofer had the impression that Islamic State is still getting money and weapons from Gulf monarchies such as Saudi Arabia.

The weapons are also bought on the black market, where European-made guns are available as well, sometimes those supplied to the Kurdish Peshmerga or the Free Syrian Army (FSA).

“They told me,’Even if we don’t conquer these weapons, we can buy them, because everything has a price. Most of our ammunition we get from the Free Syrian Army.’”

This is the ammunition that Americans supplied to the FSA, which is now not important, or those groups which said they belong to the FSA, Todenhofer said.

ISIS is using guerilla warfare tactics, so bombing them is a hard task, because they disperse when the danger is close.

“I cannot judge the Russian army but I can judge the Western armies. The American Marines and special forces have no chance in a fight against guerilla fighters, because these fighters are ready to die, and Americans Marines do not want to die,” Todenhofer said.

To create real problems for ISIS, the West should do several things: stop the delivery of weapons, ammunition and money from the Gulf monarchies and close the Turkish border used to transit new fighters to ISIS, Todenhofer said, recalling how easy it was to cross the Syrian-Turkish border.

The third important thing is promoting reconciliation between Shia and Sunnis in Iraq, Syria and Turkey, because ISIS finds support among those dissatisfied with the governments and existing state of things.

Fighting ISIS needs an intelligent strategy, Todenhofer said.

The full neutralization of the Khazarian Mafia is the beginning of the solution to the problem of global terror. The other part of the solution is the total eradication of institutional control of all resources necessary for decent survival.

There is no feasible middle ground approach in all of these. Everyone must be empowered through scientific knowledge and abundance. All forms of suppression and willful manipulation must be stopped.

Subramanian Swamy's book promotes hatred between Hindus, Muslims

November 4, 2015

New Delhi: Justifying before the Supreme Court retention of penal provision for hate speeches and pitching for stern action against the defaulters, the Modi government on Tuesday recommended prosecution of BJP leader Subramanian Swamy for promoting hatred between Hindus and Muslims.

In a surprising turn of events, the government has told the Supreme Court that a book on terrorism authored by the BJP's firebrand leader is behind this provocation.

The affidavit filed by the government today was in response to Swamy's petition challenging the constitutional validity of the Indian Penal Code Section 153A on the grounds that it violates free speech.

According to a report published in TOI, Swamy had earlier challenged before the SC various provisions of the Indian Penal Code dealing with offences of 'hate speech', saying they were violative of the fundamental right to freedom of speech.

Swamy had contended in his plea that Sections 153, 153A,153B, 295, 295A, 298 and 505 of the IPC in respect of so-called "hate speech" were used to penalise people for expressing their views even within the bounds of reasonable restrictions and they should be set aside.

Government's recommendation, against one of the senior BJP leaders, has come at a time when the governing body itself is being criticised for not being able to rein in its ministers and leaders of ruling party who are making provocative speeches.

As per the report, the Centre further said that the validity of the penal provisions cannot be questioned as the Constitution allows reasonable restriction on citizen's right to freedom of speech and the provisions are meant to maintain peace and harmony in the society.

"It is respectfully submitted that our country is inhabited by persons belonging to different religions, castes and classes. Our Constitution is base upon the principle that persons of all castes, creed and religion must live together in harmony and that in the long run prosperity and salvation are in union and not in division," the Centre told the court.

Notably, Swamy is also facing various criminal proceedings in Delhi, Mumbai, Assam, Mohali and Kerala for expressing views on terrorism which was termed as hate speech under the IPC provisions. He alleged that the provisions dealing with offences of 'hate speech' were violative of the fundamental right to freedom of speech and were being were used to penalise people for expressing their views even within the bounds of reasonable restrictions and they should be set aside.

However, opposing Swamy's plea, the Centre said "the provisions are very clear and neither too widely worded nor is indefinite and intended to punish those who either attempt to promote class hatread or class enmity,"

It also justified criminal proceedings against Swamy saying "he made hate speech against a community" in his book. "The book is to be considered in all its aspects as it contains matter which promotes feeling of enmity and hatred between Hindus and Muslims in India. Therefore the petitioner has violated Sections of IPC," the affidavit said.

Section 153 deals with provoking people with the intent to cause riot and Section 153A talks about promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language etc. Section 295 makes injuring or defiling places of worship with the intent to insult the religion of any class an offence. Section 298 covers cases of hurting religious sentiments deliberately.

Agreeing to decide constitutional validity of penal provision in respect of hate speech, the Supreme Court in July had issued notice to Centre and sought its response.

Swamy in his petition contended that under the present law, a person couldn't attempt to initiate a public debate to modify people's perception as the person was "chilled or gagged" under the present law.
