A deeply troubling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Donald Trump assessed during an interview yesterday: “I would say that Putin would like to stop the war...I think if I didn't win the election, Putin would have gotten all of Ukraine”, says his National Security Advisor Mike Waltz then most factually declared: “I will say Ukraine was one of, and is one of, the most corrupt countries in the world”—all of which was joined by President Trump special envoy Steve Witcoff revealing: “I got to the Kremlin, it's an impressive place, and I was a little bit awestruck, but awestruck in the sense that I was there on behalf of the United States government trying to get a peace deal, and the enormity of it sort of struck me”.

When President Trump special envoy Witcoff arrived at the Kremlin last week on 25 April, this report notes, he was greeted by the Ukrainian terrorist bombing attack that assassinated top Russian military commander Lieutenant-General Yaroslav Moskalik in the suburban Moscow town of Balashikha—Ukrainian intelligence operative Ignat Kuzin was quickly captured and arrested for carrying out this terrorist attack, who revealed that the bomb he planted was remotely detonated from the territory of Ukraine.

In response to the terrorist threat made by Dictator Zelensky, this report details, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova declared: “How can we talk about ceasefires with Ukraine when the Kiev regime is literally planning terrorist attacks live on air!” and truthfully observed: “The Kiev regime has become a true terrorist cell that receives international support with weapons and money”—a truthful observation joined by Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warning: “When the leader of a country, even one as peculiar as Ukraine, and such a pathological character as this man Zelensky brags about such things, it means only one thing – that eventually he too will meet the most tragic end”.
