A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping, in furtherance of the Russia-China “no limits partnership”, issued a joint statement yesterday, wherein Moscow and Beijing agreed to take the acknowledgment of cultural and civilizational diversity as the basis for furthering dialogue, cooperation and experience exchange, says they also vowed to counter the deviant socialist Western colonial practice of politicization of culture and attempts at canceling the culture of certain countries and peoples.

Following the collapse of the former Soviet Union, this report notes, the United States needed a new global strategy to maintain its hegemony over the world, which was provided by the late White House National Security Advisor and global strategist Zbigniew Brzezinski, who, in his 1997 treatise “The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy And Its Geostrategic Imperatives”, methodically detailed the American master plan to take total control over Eurasia and its vital to the world natural resources, but warned: “A grand coalition of China and Russia united not by ideology but by complementary grievances would pose the most dangerous scenario as far as threats to United States hegemony are concerned”—are “complementary grievances” Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden provided by his warmongering and economic sanction policies against both Russia and China—which caused world-renowned American foreign policy strategist Michael Pillsbury at the Heritage Foundation think tank to just exclaim in horror about what Socialist Leader Biden has done: “To draw, to push together two nuclear powers, Russia and China, it’s really a blunder of the highest order...It’s one of the biggest blunders we’ll see in my lifetime”.

While “blundering” Socialist Leader Biden keeps upending “The Grand Chessboard” strategy of global American hegemony, this report continues, President Putin factually revealed to Chinese reporters: “Moscow never refused to negotiate, it was politicians in Kiev who withdrew from the negotiation process as soon as Russian troops were pulled back from Kiev...The next day they threw our agreements into the dustbin and said, 'Well, now we will fight to the end’...And their Western handlers took the position now known to the whole world: Russia is to be defeated on the battlefield, to be made suffer a strategic defeat...We are not the ones who behaved this way”—a factual revelation joined by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin declaring: “The United States, with its Cold War-era mentality, bears an irremediable responsibility for the emergence and escalation of the Ukrainian crisis”.

Unlike the former Soviet Union able to discuss and negotiate critical issues with sane and rational Western officials to successfully avert a global nuclear war catastrophe, this report details, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov observed about what Russia faces today: “There are plenty of people among those in power in the United States and other key Western states, who are de facto provocateurs...They’ve made testing Moscow’s resolve the goal of their existence...Such individuals are political bullies, delinquents and members of teen gangs who reject any kind of rules...They are preoccupied with crossing any red line drawn by Moscow, regardless of the risk of this brinkmanship...As they please their own geopolitical notions, they bring closer the phase, in which holding control of events and preventing a catastrophic collapse would be very difficult...They live in a bubble and do not perceive outside signals that go against their preconceptions”.

Among those socialist Western colonial officials who “live in a bubble and do not perceive outside signals that go against their preconceptions”, this report notes, is NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe United States General Christopher Cavoli, who yesterday comically proclaimed about the new Russian offensive in the Kharkov Region: “The Russians don't have the numbers necessary to do a strategic breakthrough...More to the point they don't have the skill and the ability to do it”—a comical proclamation quickly followed by Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-In-Chief General Oleksandr Syrsky grimly revealing: “Russian troops have extended the front line of active combat operations by almost 70 kilometers in the Kharkov region to force Ukraine to use additional brigades from the reserves”—and was a “strategic breakthrough” of Russian military forces that caused American State Department spokesman Vedant Patel to factually observe: “Obviously the situation is incredibly dire”.

Following the “strategic breakthrough” of Russian military forces in the Kharkov Region, about whom living in a bubble of his own delusions NATO Supreme Allied Commander General Cavoli comically proclaimed “They don't have the skill and the ability to do it”, this report continues, President Putin declared: “Ukraine is to blame for recent fighting in the area, as it unfortunately continues to shell residential blocks in the border areas, including Belgorod...Civilians are dying out there...Everything is crystal clear...They are firing directly at the center of the city...We publicly warned Kiev that Russia would be forced to establish a cordon sanitaire in the areas under Kiev’s control if the attacks continued...This is what we are doing...As for the capture of] Kharkov, there are no such plans for today”.

As for why the Russian military has no plans to capture Kharkov, this report concludes, is because it’s not fighting a war for territorial gain, but is waging a campaign of “aggressive attrition” to systematically deplete the military forces of the Ukraine Nazi Regime and obliterate its billions-of-dollars worth of socialist Western colonial supplied weapons—a campaign of “aggressive attrition” the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced about today that over 1,330 Ukrainian soldiers on all battle front have been killed during the past 24 hours, then revealed: “In all, the following Ukrainian targets have been destroyed since the start of the special military operation: 600 warplanes, 274 helicopters, 24,111 unmanned aerial vehicles, 521 surface-to-air missile systems, 16,053 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,300 multiple rocket launchers, 9,607 field artillery guns and mortars and 21,753 special military motor vehicle”—is a campaign of “aggressive attrition” that follows President Putin proclaiming: “Today we hear that they want to defeat us on the battlefield...Well, what can you say here?...Let them try...Russia by and large hasn't started anything seriously yet”, and yesterday he declared: “Russia will not yield to ultimatums from Ukraine and its Western backers as they try to gain diplomatically what they have failed to gain militarily”.

Spain refused permission for a ship carrying arms to Israel to dock at a Spanish port, Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares said on Thursday.

“This is the first time we have done this because it is the first time we have detected a ship carrying a shipment of arms to Israel that wants to call at a Spanish port,” he told reporters in Brussels.

“This will be a consistent policy with any ship carrying arms to Israel that wants to call at Spanish ports. The foreign ministry will systematically reject such stopovers for one obvious reason. The Middle East does not need more weapons, it needs more peace,” he added.

The Spanish minister did not provide details on the ship but Transport Minister Oscar Puente said it was the Marianne Danica that had requested permission to call at the southeastern port of Cartagena on May 21.

El Pais newspaper said the Danish-flagged ship was carrying 27 tons of explosive material from Madras in India to the port of Haifa in Israel.

The announcement that permission had been denied comes amid a row between Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez’s Socialists and his coalition partners, the hard-left Sumar party, over another ship, the Borkum, which is due to dock in Cartagena on Friday.

Pro-Palestinian groups say the Borkum is carrying arms to Israel, prompting Sumar to demand that it be turned away. But Puente said the Borkum was transporting military material to the Czech Republic, not Israel.

Spain has been one of Europe’s most critical voices about Israel’s Gaza offensive and is working to rally other European capitals behind the idea of recognizing a Palestinian state.

The Gaza war began on October 7 when Hamas terrorists stormed into southern Israel, murdering some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and taking 253 hostages.

The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry says more than 35,000 people in the Strip have been killed or are presumed dead in the fighting so far, though only some 24,000 fatalities have been identified at hospitals. The toll, which cannot be verified as it does not differentiate between terrorists and civilians, includes some 15,000 terror operatives Israel says it has killed in battle. Israel also says it killed some 1,000 terrorists inside Israel on October 7.

Spain has refused permission for a ship carrying arms to Israel to dock at a Spanish port, Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares has said. The ship is reportedly loaded with 27 tonnes of explosive material from India and may have avoided entering Israel through Red Sea where Yemen's Houthis hold sway.

"This is the first time we have done this because it is the first time we have detected a ship carrying a shipment of arms to Israel that wants to call at a Spanish port," Albares told reporters in Brussels on Thursday.

"This will be a consistent policy with any ship carrying arms to Israel that wants to call at Spanish ports. The foreign ministry will systematically reject such stopovers for one obvious reason. The Middle East does not need more weapons, it needs more peace," he added.

India-Israel arms nexus

El Pais newspaper said the Danish-flagged ship is carrying 27 tonnes of explosive material from Madras [Chennai] in India to the port of Haifa in Israel.

India is largest buyer of Israeli weapons, some of which are used in troubled spots of eastern and central India and disputed Kashmir.

Over the last 10 years, India has reportedly imported $2.9 billion in military equipment from Israel. The sales include combat drones, missiles, radars and other surveillance systems. India and Israel normalised diplomatic ties in 1992 but Tel Aviv's military exports to New Delhi date back to the 1960s.

Israeli arms helped arm India in wars against China and Pakistan. Elbit Systems, one of Israel’s largest military companies, in 2018 agreed to work with Indian conglomerate Adani Group to make Hermes 900 drones at a facility in southern India, which are exported back to Israel for its own use.

Some of these killer drones have reportedly been dispatched by India to Israel in its ongoing invasion of Gaza.

Genocidal war

The Palestinian resistance group Hamas says its October 7 blitz on Israel that surprised its arch-enemy was orchestrated in response to Israeli attacks on Al Aqsa Mosque, illegal settler violence in occupied West Bank and to put Palestine question "back on the table."

In an assault of startling breadth, Hamas fighters rolled into as many as 22 locations outside Gaza, including towns and other communities as far as 24 kilometres from the Gaza fence.

In some places they are said to have gunned down many soldiers as Israel's military scrambled to muster response. And upon return to Gaza, they also took along some 240 hostages, including Israeli military personnel and civilians.

Dozens of the captives were later exchanged for Palestinians incarcerating in Israeli dungeons.

Since then, Israel has heavily bombarded Gaza from air, land and sea, killing more than 35,000 Palestinians, mostly children and women, wounding nearly 80,000 and displacing most of 2.4 million people in the tiny coastal enclave.

Israel is accused of genocide at the International Court of Justice, which has ordered Tel Aviv to ensure that its forces do not commit acts of genocide and take measures to guarantee that humanitarian assistance is provided to civilians in the enclave.

Weather Modification Weapons: DARPA Project NIMBUS – Lightning Weapons

In Greek mythology, it was a weapon of war.

Now the U.S. military is looking to tame lightning, which remains one of nature’s most confounding — and feared — phenomena.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (or DARPA), the Research and Development arm of the Pentagon, has embarked on a $5 billion dollar project called NIMBUS, which seeks to understand the underlying mechanisms of lightning.

What is Project NIMBUS?

Lightning has long perplexed scientists. Not only are atmospheric scientists unsure of exactly what initiates lightning, but they also don’t understand precisely how and why it is able to propagate over great distances, and where it will strike. That makes it, in DARPA’s view, “one of the major unsolved mysteries in the atmospheric sciences.”

Lightning is not only little understood, it is dangerous and destructive. Strikes cause more than $5 billion in damages annually. NIMBUS will look at ways to protect against that destruction, including attempting to direct where lightning strikes. The initiative also includes plans to try to trigger lightning using rockets, which could be used to model and study the discharges.

This is by no means the military’s first foray into lightning research. Pentagon officials have in the past expressed interest in other enigmatic phenomena associated with lightning, such as so-called ball lightning. Though its existence is disputed, ball lightning is purported to manifest itself as luminous, energetic spheres during storms.

The Pentagon has even funded modest efforts looking at whether ball lightning could be used as a weapon. Another, somewhat more straightforward application of lightning, not mentioned as part of the DARPA project, is the possibility of creating a “lightning gun” — a weapon that shoots bolts of electricity. In fact, the Defense Department has funded work in this area. Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems, in Anderson, Ind., has built a prototype of a lightning gun, named Stun-Strike.

But don’t look to NIMBUS to yield a deployable death ray. DARPA says the project has a more benign goal: the protection of people and assets.

Bill Gates Insider Blows Whistle on Coming ‘Wave’ of ‘Unprecedented Deaths’ Among Vaxxed

A world-renowned scientist, who previously served as Bill Gates’s vaccine specialist, has blown the whistle to warn of a coming “wave of morbidity” and “mortality” among the Covid mRNA vaccinated.

Former Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation scientist and vaccine expert Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche has warned that populations around the world will soon experience a “completely unprecedented” plunge.

Bossche predicts that the death toll will be “up to 30-40% in highly vaccinated countries.”

The top scientists raised the alarm during an interview with vaccine expert and investigator Steve Kirsch.

He also notes that Covid is impossible to tackle with mRNA injections because it will always continue to mutate.

The mutations are no longer restricted to spike protein, which indicates enhanced activity of CTLs (cytotoxic T cells) to diminish viral infectiousness,” Bossche explained Kirsch.

“And that CTL activity is responsible for the decline of T cells that in fact boost the neutralizing antibodies that prevent virulence.”

For this same reason, Bossche has previously warned that it was a mistake to roll out a vaccine for public use in the middle of a pandemic.

He notes that vaccinating large portions of the public will only make viruses stronger, rather than defeating them.

Bossche explained that waves of serious illness are increasing in developed, highly-vaccinated countries.

“Ultimately, this evolution would inevitably lead to the emergence of a highly virulent variant that would cause waves of hospitalizations and severe disease in highly vaccinated countries – of course, always the same, only in highly vaccinated countries,” Bossche stressed.

The expert then warned that these highly vaccinated countries will soon see “unprecedented” numbers of deaths.

“In my humble opinion, what we will see is something completely, completely unprecedented in terms of the magnitude of the wave of morbidity and unfortunately mortality that we will see,” he said.

Kirsch asked Bossche for specifics about what this “completely unprecedented” future phenomenon would entail.

He responded by predicting that over one-third of all people will die as a direct result of the Covid mRNA injection rollout.

“In some of the highly vaccinated populations … I would not be surprised that we will be dealing with serious decimation of the population, in some populations, maybe up to 30 or 40 percent,” Bossche commented.

Bossche has previously raised the alarm about a looming disaster facing the vaccinated, however.

As Slay News reported, Bossche warned the public during a separate interview that a “massive tsunami” of “chaos” and “death” is about to decimate the global Covid mRNA-vaccinated population.

Bossche warned that a “huge, huge wave” of illness and deaths among those vaccinated for Covid is now “imminent.”

The top scientist says this “massive tsunami” will collapse hospitals and cause financial, economic, and social “chaos.”

“What I am predicting is a massive, massive tsunami” of illness and death among highly-vaccinated populations with compromised immune systems, Bossche said.

“You will see what will happen, for example, in the next coming weeks…is more and more cases of more serious long Covid…

“They will start to replace the surge of the cancers…now we have a more chronic phase.

“It will end with a hyper-acute phase, a huge, huge wave…

“I’ve been studying this now for four years.

“I know what I’m talking about,” Bossche asserted.

“The thing I want your audience to understand, what we will be facing in the hyper-acute Covid crisis that is imminent, is that we will have to build a completely new world…” Bossche continues.

“It is very very clear that when this starts, our hospitals will collapse.

“And that means the chaos in all kinds of layers of society — financial, economic, social, you name it — will be complete.”

“And that is what I’m very clearly predicting…

“It’s very strange for me to make such statements, but I’m not hiding it because I’m two hundred percent convinced that it will happen,” he warned.

“This will be something that will be reported in history for many many generations to come,” he noted.

Bossche is not alone in his prediction of a major population plunge, however.

As Slay News reported earlier, Professor Dolores Cahill, a world-renowned immunology expert, issued an explosive warning to the public that everyone who has been vaccinated with Covid mRNA shots “will die within 3 to 5 years, even if they have had only one injection.”

Prof. Cahill has over 25 years of expertise in high-throughput protein array, antibody array, proteomics technology development, and automation.

Since the Covid mRNA shots were rolled out in early 2021, Cahill has been sounding the alarm about the devastating impact they will have on public health.

Not only does Cahill think the shots are dangerous, but she warns that they will eventually kill everybody who has received one or more doses.

During an interview, Cahill explains how mRNA in the injections harms all recipients and acts like a ticking time bomb in the Covid-vaccinated.

After explaining how the shots impact human health, Cahill made this following chilling prediction:

“Everybody who has an mRNA injection will die within 3 to 5 years, even if they have had only one injection.”

Putin Destroys U.S. Weapons Meant for Zelenskyy

A Spetsnaz unit operating in Ukraine has destroyed a shipment of U.S. Stinger missiles the Biden regime had slated for the criminal Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who would have used the shoulder-fired, surface-to-air missiles to shoot down Russian planes and drones targeting Deep State assets in Eastern Europe, FSB agent Andrei Zakharov told Real Raw News.

On Tuesday, May 7, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) listened to a telephone call between Ukraine Defense Minister Rustem Umierov and Colonel General Mykola Oleschuk, commander of Ukraine’s air force. Umierov told Oleschuk he had terrific news: Stingers—part of Biden’s recent $61 billion “war-aid” package—would arrive at Warsaw Chopin International Airport, Poland, via Germany on May 10, and a convoy from Ukraine’s 43rd Rocket Army would pick up and bring the cargo to Kyiv.

Zakharov said General Valery Gerasimov, Hero of the Russian Federation, authored plans to intercept and obliterate the “illegal” arms shipment once it entered Ukraine and to slaughter all enemy forces present.

“This is our sovereign right,” Zakharov said. “The filth Zelenskyy would use these weapons to stop our attacks on child traffickers and pedophiles, President Putin’s Special Military Operation. After Ukraine gets possession of Stingers, it is theirs. We are not destroying USA property.”

Zakharov said General Gerasimov correctly predicted the convoy’s route—it traveled south to Krakow and then due east to the Border crossing Korczowa—Krakovets. Twenty miles farther down the road, the Spetsnaz had set an ambush on the highway between the border station and Lviv. Meanwhile, a second team began tailing six KrAZ-6322 cargo trucks—each carrying 60 Stingers—the moment their wheels touched Ukrainian soil.

At the intercept point, the Spetsnaz’ RPGs slammed into the lead and rear cargo trucks simultaneously, enveloping the crew compartments in expanding fireballs and clouds of inescapable shrapnel. Spetznas on either side of the road broke cover and hurled red canisters the size of soda cans into all six trucks. The canisters were white phosphorous grenades, hot enough to melt skin to the bone.

The Ukrainians guarding the Stingers stampeded from the trucks. Some had melted faces and scorched fabric fused to liquified muscle. Another had two cavities where his eyes used to be. He ran blindly into a phalanx of Kalashnikov fire.

The Spetsnaz, Zakharov said, cut down half of the opposition in less than a minute, at which point the 16 wounded survivors begged for mercy and surrendered, the highest-ranking officer pleading for the lives of his men and saying he was only following orders.

But the Spetsnaz had their orders—no survivors.

“They killed every one of those filth,” Zakharov said, “and left their shredded corpse on the road for Zelenskyy to come clean up. After all were dead, our soldiers planted explosives and blew up all the trucks and the stingers. Nothing survived.”

In closing, he said Vladimir Putin will use every method at his disposal to keep U.S. arms out of Zelenskyy’s warmongering hands.

Kennedy is nightmarishly correct. Be it the actions of the Biden administration, the United Kingdom, France or others, some in the West seem intent in daring Vladimir Putin and the Russians to do the unthinkable. Why?

Leaving aside the ever-malleable arguments that: “We have to stand as one against Putin”, “We have to save the people of Ukraine” or “We have to protect NATO”, there are also other forces at work here. First among them: money.

Before we get there, for those trying to “save the people and infrastructure of Ukraine”, I am truly sad to report that you have failed. While most in the media seem averse to reporting certain facts in the country, this much is true: Hundreds of thousands of men, women and children have been killed or wounded; much of the infrastructure of the country has been reduced to rubble; and over 6 million Ukrainians have fled their nation. Those encouraging Ukraine to fight to its last citizen from the comfort and safety of their offices thousands of miles from the battlefield need to come up with a more convincing rationale.

Now, back to the money. Toward the end of April, President Biden signed yet another aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, this one to the tune of $95 billion. But, as they used to say in the late-night commercials, “Wait, there’s more”. As reported last month: “Ukraine and US working on long-term security agreement”.

How long is “long term”? According to venture capitalist and podcast host David Sacks — as well as others — “long term” would equal approximately 10 years and cost upwards of $1 trillion.

Clearly, for a number of defense contractors in our nation and in Europe, Ukraine has become the gift that keeps on giving.

But when does a never-ending supply of taxpayer money begin to resemble “fraud, waste and abuse”? Some would certainly say now, as hundreds of millions of dollars have already disappeared down various rat holes in Ukraine with no accountability.

Next, at what point do the billions and billions of aid pouring into Ukraine begin to resemble the world’s largest Ponzi scheme?

One definition of that age-old scam is a form of fraud that pays profits to earlier investors with funds from more recent investors. Except in this case, the “earlier” and “more recent” investors are not doing so of their own volition. Their various governments are deciding for them, as they take their hard-earned money and turn it over by the billions to Ukraine or, quite possibly, criminal enterprises.

The grift in this case can sound very much like this: “We have to prop up Ukraine now by sending hundreds of billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars, so we won’t have to send in U.S. troops later”. Gee, and just who would be ordering those troops into combat in Ukraine?

Going back to Kennedy’s warning, we now seem to be — without anyone asking for our approval — engaging in a game of nuclear “chicken” with Putin and Russia over Ukraine.

Insane hubris at the least.

As RFK Jr. posted: “British Foreign Secretary David Cameron recently stated that Ukraine has the right to use British weapons to strike Russia. In return, Moscow warned the British ambassador that that would provoke Russian retaliation against London”.

The New York Times reported last week that the U.S. secretly shipped ATACM missiles to Ukraine that can strike deep into Russian territory; not by coincidence, Russia announced training maneuvers using tactical nuclear weapons.

Does any of that make your blood run cold? It should.

None of the experts I have spoken with over the course of the last two years believe Ukraine can win this war. It’s long past the time to blow the whistle on the Ponzi scheme, end the game of nuclear “chicken” and enter into a negotiated settlement. At some point, Putin is sure to tire of the game and drive straight into the oncoming vehicle. What then will be the literal fallout from that explosion?

Hidden Mind Control Audio Files Found in Netflix’s ‘Leave the World Behind’

INFRASONIC FREQUENCIES ARE DEPLOYED SEVERAL TIMES THROUGHOUT THE MICHELLE & BARACK OBAMA-PRODUCED FILM – INFRASONIC WEAPONS THAT ATTACK THE PRE-FRONTAL CORTEX MAY BE USED IN A FAKE ALIEN INVASION

When podcasters, Bonnie and John Mitchell of AwakenVideo uploaded the new, dystopian Netflix disaster thriller, ‘Leave the World Behind’ into their editing program, they were surprised to find four soundtracks, instead of one, something they had never seen before.

One of these four audio tracks is inaudible to humans, because it’s entirely in the infrasonic range. Infrasonic frequencies are used in non-lethal weapons, where they can cause incapacitation, disorientation, nausea, vomiting and uncontrollable defecation.

When tuned to high intensity VLF and ELF frequencies, they are used as “antipersonnel weapons” (to kill people), to cause structural damage in buildings and even to cause localized earthquakes.

Less publicly known, are capabilities in brainwave entrainment and the ability to attack the specific areas of the prefrontal cortex that are stimulated during religious experience.

With Michelle and Barack Obama being credited as Executive Producers, this all becomes that much more interesting.

Bonnie cites two articles, “The psychoacoustic effect of infrasonic, sonic and ultrasonic frequencies within non-lethal military warfare techniques” and “Acoustic Trauma: Bioeffects of Sound”, where you can learn more about this kind of weaponry, particularly the section called “Sonic Violence”, from which she reads:

An acoustic attack works on several levels. The first is physiological changes that take place within the body. These vary and are directly relational to the frequency of the sound and the intensity. Next is the isolation of the individual from the environment. Not only would high intensity sound effectively mask all other sound thereby rendering the user deaf to the immediate environment, but it would also make him/her powerless in the realm of vocal communication…

The aims of such systems are to influence and manipulate neural activity or to confuse or destroy the signals that normally keep the body in equilibrium. One such group of devices are silent communication systems in which non-aural carriers in the infrasound or ultrasound range are propagated acoustically or vibrationally for inducement into the brain.

They may be used to “artificially implant negative emotional states – feelings of fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness.” Such a device is outlined in the 1992 US Patent #5,159,703.

Bonnie says that the film has next to no plot or character development, leading her to suspect that the film’s release is a form of mass Satanic Ritual and its purpose is to deploy this infrasound weapon at viewers. John agrees and he describes the film as, “A shell with a weapon stuck in it.”

In the editing program, John takes us to the scenes on the timeline of the mostly-inaudible infrasound audio track, where the display shows peaks of activity. These occur during the film’s most tense scenes, like when a massive oil tanker slams into a Long Island beach at a 90º angle or during the Havana Syndrome-style DEW attack, where a loud, dissonant high-frequency pitch runs for an incredible 1 minute and 14 seconds, accompanied by millisecond-long red flashes.

For John, who is a Navy veteran, this scene brought to mind what Dr Rashid Buttar was talking about before his suspicious death earlier this year and what Todd Callender has also been talking about, based on the testimonies from among his 500 whistleblowers – as well as from patents that anyone can look up.

All of the above claim that the Death Shots, the bioweapon injections that were mandated and forced on populations worldwide contain lethal pathogens, including Marburg, Ebola and a mutated form of E. coli, which remain inert in the body while they are encapsulated within the lipid nanoparticles.

The latter are designed to be activated by an 18 GHz signal broadcast for three one-minute pulses, causing the lipid nanoparticles encapsulating the pathogens to expand and to release their toxic contents into the bodies of their hosts.

For me, all of this brings to mind what we’ve heard about Project Bluebeam and about the coming fake alien invasion. The technological details of how this might be pulled off were exposed in Episode 2 of the Tore Says Show ‘Fall of Babylon’ Mini Series.

‘Fall of Babylon’ Episode 2 is an information overload of images, soundtracks and text that is more like a multi-layered, interactive game than a documentary, which caused me to research the headspinning details presented.

I transcribed the fleeting text and it describes the technology that will be deployed to stage a worldwide fake alien invasion, using a combination of VLF, ELF and holograms.

The VLF and ELF ground waves will be used to attack specific areas of the prefrontal cortex that are stimulated during religious experience. These electromagnetic frequencies will be blasted at human populations to overwhelm them with incapacitating vertigo, aka a “Road-to-Damascus Experience”.

In conjunction with these ground-based brainwave entrainment frequencies, hyperrealistic holograms will be projected by satellites in the sky above.

We are told that most of the thousands of satellites now in orbit around Earth already have this hologram technology onboard and that the “projection screen” for these holograms is being created with Bill Gates’ chemtrails.

It’s also implied in Tore’s film that the James Webb Space Telescope – which orbits the Sun, not the Earth – will be involved with the grand production of this fake alien invasion.

The most important message here is: if and/or when this fake alien invasion PSYOP is rolled out, do not believe your eyes and do not believe your fake “religious experience”, either.

Much of this material also sounds like the seven-page document titled “Salvage Program” leaked by the Anonymous hacking group on October 18th, 2016.

The document was allegedly produced in 2016 by the Benenson Strategy Group, who were advisors to the Hillary Clinton Campaign. It presented different strategies to scare people away from the polls and to stop them from voting for Trump, after WikiLeaks revelations had caused Hillary’s favorability ratings to crash to 12%, according to this document.

Although it was probably a hoax, it contained a lot of information that was true. When I originally published this information in 2016, a military contact of mine forwarded it to his admiral friend. He told me that the admiral hit the ceiling, because some of the information in the document came from a super-secret Special Access Program (SAP).

Joel Benenson, the founder of the Benenson Strategy Group (BSG) was the chief strategist for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. According to FEC filings, BSG received over $2.5 million in the year 2016 from the Hillary Clinton 2016 Campaign, which does not include possible payments made by her super PACs or by the Clinton Foundation.

The Salvage Program report queried respondents as to what it would take to keep them from voting on Election Day.

The “Non-Recommended Salvage Options” described the pros and cons of several named PSYOPs, many of which we’ve heard rumors about for decades – and some of which have actually since been deployed and are ongoing:

Red Dawn, which is an invasion of UN troops from the Canadian Border, which Tore just warned about again; Cobalt Rain, which is a dirty bomb attack; BL Riot, which was the 2020 George Floyd/BLM riots; Zikpocalypse, which is a PSYOP using the ZIKV bioweapon, instead of the SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon, the latter which was used to steal the 2020 Election; Sharia Escalation, which we’re just getting into now, with the Israel-Hamas War and the “Day of Rage” riots and the 300,000+ Muslims who have illegally crossed the Southern Border, hundreds of whom are in the FBI’s terrorist database. This is setting us up for a scenario of 1,000 Gaza Attacks being committed within the US simultaneously and finally; Unnatural Disaster, which is a HAARP-based weather warfare attack:

The grim persistence and utter doggedness of Trump voters in 2016 was considered to be such that the Benenson Group advised a peculiar “Final Solution” to stop them from voting: a false flag extraterrestrial invasion using advanced 3D laser technology called FIRESIGN.

The document claims “The ability to produce these effects across 23% of the continental United States is the objective of FIRESIGN and field tests in the Levant have proven successful.”

As for the actual video document that the Mitchells downloaded from a torrent file, there are several details that suggest to me that it is an unmastered version of the film, which may have been purposefully leaked by someone in the film’s postproduction department, probably to spur public investigation of this infrasound weapon embedded in the film.

I have been a Postproduction Supervisor on a few independent feature films and I can tell you that this unmastered version downloaded by the Mitchells was not a final product – but it may shed light on how these inaudible infrasonic tracks are currently being deployed by the mainstream media against the public.

One wonders how long have we been bombarded by these infrasound frequencies and what are the longterm effects of this cymatic weaponry?

Putin Is Letting It Get Too Late to Turn Aside from Nuclear Armageddon

The Russian government including President Putin now publicly acknowledges that Western provocations are increasing in scope and seriousness and are spinning the Ukrainian conflict out of control.

The Russian government has stated that the American F-16 aircraft supplied to Ukraine by the idiotic governments of Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, and Belgium will “be treated as nuclear-capable weapons.”

Dmitry Medvedev, former President of Russia and currently deputy director of the Russian Security Council has declared the West’s leaders to be “infantile morons” whose ignorant arrogance is leading to their destruction.

Alarmed by the increasing likelihood of NATO and US soldiers deployed to Ukraine and by the British Foreign Secretary’s statement that there are no prohibitions on Ukraine’s use of the UK-provided long range missiles to strike deep into Russian territory, President Putin has ordered the Russian Ministry of Defense to conduct exercises to guarantee Russia’s ability to rapidly deploy battlefield nuclear weapons.

Medvedev stated that while the moronic French president speaks of “strategic ambiguity,” for Russia there is no ambiguity. Russia’s “response will not be in Ukraine. There will be no hiding on Capitol Hill, in the Elysee Palace or at 10 Downing Street.”

These developments confirm that I was correct that Putin’s never-ending conflict would permit ever increasing Western interventions until the situation spins out of control. As Putin has never enforced any of his many red lines that the West has crossed in Ukraine, the West no longer regards Russian warnings as meaningful. The warnings are welcomed and used as propaganda to further rouse Western populations to “the Russian threat.”

I find it bewildering that Putin, and apparently Xi, still think the West will come to its senses and accept a multipolar world. Despite the enormous increase in provocations and elevation of tension, Russia and China are still unable to accept reality. In his inaugural speech Putin again gave his assurance that Russia does not renounce dialogue with the West. Apparently Putin is willing to be forever deceived as he was for eight years by the Minsk Agreement. Putin thinks the atmosphere has changed and today “reliability, mutual responsibility, sincerity, decency, nobility and courage” are highly valued. By whom, President Putin? Most certainly not by the West.

Putin’s aversion to reality is buttressed by that of Russian foreign affairs “experts.” For example, Andrey Bystritsky of the Valdai Discussion Club claims that Putin’s openness to dialogue with the US about a mutual security system will “undoubtedly be heard in the West. There is no doubt about it. They are listening carefully.” Please name one leader in the West who is seeking “diplomatic solutions.” If any such leader exists, he clearly has no influence. The French president has sent French Foreign Legion troops to Ukraine. The UK foreign minister has sent Ukraine long-range missiles with which to attack deep into Russia. The Lithuanian prime minister dismisses Russian warnings and says she is ready to send troops to Ukraine. Biden calls the Russian president “Hitler” to justify more armaments and money for Ukraine. These are not the words and deeds of those seeking diplomatic solutions. Russians have a difficult time engaging with reality, and it is the Russian failure to accept reality that is leading to nuclear war.

Putin does not understand that in America ruled by anti-national, anti-white, anti-gentile, anti-heterosexual ideologies, the only remaining cement holding a dissolving society together is propaganda about “foreign enemies.” American conservatives and super-patriots (USA! USA! USA!) oppressed by their own government rally to the support of their oppressive government against “foreign enemies.” The designation of Russia, China, and Iran as enemies is essential for unity and for the power and profit of the powerful military/security complex. Without the propaganda, expressed by UK, EU, Biden and US Congressional leaders that Russia will next invade Europe, what would hold the West together? With the enormous investment Washington has in the portrait of Russia as Hitlerite evil, how can the Kremlin possibly entertain the hope of a partnership?

If Putin does not quickly bring an inexcusably over-long conflict to a victorious end before Ukraine fills up with Western troops, he will bequeath nuclear Armageddon to the world.
