Multiple Perspectives on 3I/Atlas Origins, Activities and Agenda – Exopolitics Commentary

As of October 8, the world is left wondering why six Mars orbiters controlled by NASA (2), the European Space Agency (2), and the space agencies of China and the United Arab Emirates have only released one image of 3I/Atlas as an indistinct dot as it reached perihelion with Mars on October 3. The image was released on October 7 by the ESA’s ExoMars orbiter.

An earlier image released was through the Mastcam on the Mars Perseverance Rover which provides a low-resolution live feed that was processed by two amateur astronomers to produce a blurry pixelated object in space.

The slow response of the four national space agencies with orbiters around Mars that possess higher resolution cameras than the Perseverance Rover has led to much speculation about a coordinated official cover up of what’s really happening with 3I/Atlas. The official US Federal Government shutdown that began on October 1, has impacted NASA’s ability to process and release Mars orbiter images and has led to speculation that the shutdown may have been orchestrated to justify not releasing 3I/Atlas images.

Some amateur astronomers are connecting the shutdown and lack of NASA images to the newly renamed “Department of War” summoning over 800 flag officers to Quantico USMC base on September 30, 2025. All this is compounded by the August 28, Executive Order declaring that NASA will in future operate as a “national intelligence and security agency.”

In this Exopolitics Commentary, I examine eleven perspectives on 3I/Atlas in terms of its origins, activities and agenda, and how these might contribute to an internationally coordinated cover up of what is being presently observed around Mars by different national space agencies. These perspectives are not exhaustive, they just represent a sample that I am familiar with and find most plausible. I will evaluate these eleven perspectives in terms of how much they corroborate one another and whether we can reach definitive conclusions about which is the most likely scenario.

Perspective #1 – Prof. Avi Loeb

On July 7, Havard Astronomer Avi Loeb wrote a paper, Rendevous with 3I/Atlas, about the newly detected 3I/Atlas and compared it with the 50 by 20 kilometers sized derelict spacecraft described in Arthur C. Clarke’s Rendevous with Rama. On July 16, Loeb raised the possibility that 3I/Atlas is alien technology in two papers in which he linked it to the Dark Forest Hypothesis. He proposed that 3I/Atlas may be associated with a hostile alien species. Loeb has written subsequent papers describing its trajectory taking it close to Mars, Venus and Jupiter at 5 degrees above the ecliptic plane as statistically highly unlikely and more likely that its trajectory was chosen by an alien intelligence.

More recently, Loeb wrote a paper describing how 3I/Atlas originated roughly from the same direction as the famous 1977 “Wow! Signal” which emanated from the constellation of Sagittarius and the center of the Milky Way. In short, Loeb’s hypothesis that 3I/Atlas may be a hostile alien spacecraft, from the center of the galaxy, which transmitted the Wow! Signal in 1977, gives some insight into why a coordinated international cover up is underway.

Perspective #2 – George Kavassilas

In an Exopolitics Today interview published on August 11, George Kavassilas claimed 3I/Atlas is the lead ship in a small fleet led by US Navy “Jedi” Admirals who have taken over the disclosure process on Earth. He says that the admirals are asserting their authority over the Earth Alliance and Galactic Federation of Worlds in taking charge of the disclosure process which will begin with astronomers and scientists overwhelmingly accepting the artificial nature of 3I/Atlas. According to Kavassilas, 3I Atlas is using stealth technology to project the image of a comet, and it is impacting frequencies of Earth and the rest of the solar system in a way that will significantly upgrade human and planetary consciousness in a way that benefits everybody.

Kavassilas’ information gives us another perspective on why the truth about 3I/Atlas is being covered up. It’s part of a White Hat plan to awaken humanity and black hats/Deep State controlling national space agencies don’t want this information to come out.

Perspective #3 – Elena Danaan

On August 18, Elena Danaan claims to have seen 3I/Atlas through the eyes of her primary extraterrestrial contact, Thor Han Eredyon, who flew near it in a Galactic Federation space craft. Danaan says it is an ancient spacecraft that is several billion years old, about 50 kms long and one km wide, with no life forms on it. She asserts a benevolent plasma consciousness inhabits 3I/Atlas similar to Pitholem that David Adair encountered in 1971 at Area 51 inside an ancient spacecraft.

Danaan doesn’t discuss 3I/Atlas as impacting consciousness but highlights the wow factor associated with it, and that it originates from the center of the galaxy, which aligns with what Loeb had earlier revealed.

Perspective #4 – Dick Allgire

In a video published on August 29, Dick Allgire released his results from a double-blind remote viewing experiment conducted on 3I/Atlas. He saw a nearby spacecraft using stealth technology to hide itself that was pulling an object (3I/Atlas) through space using a tractor beam. Double blind remote viewing experiment was conducted with three other RVers who provided corroborating data.

Like Kavassilas and Danaan, Allgire said stealth technology was being used to hide a spacecraft,, but, in contrast, it was not used on 3I/Atlas itself.

Perspective #5 – David Sereda

On August 29, David Sereda released a paper on his Medium site called “3I/Atlas & The Hyperdimensional Solar System’. In it he identifies key aspects of its passage through the orbital paths of most planets in our solar system and what this tells us using hyperdimensional physics. In short, 3I/Atlas is playing a key role in upgrading the frequencies of our solar system by following a specific trajectory through our solar system as it passes by the orbital rings of all the planets.

Sereda’s information supports Kavassilas perspective that 3I/Atlas is transmitting codes and frequencies that are impacting consciousness in a positive way.

Perspective #6 – John Vivanco

On September 11, in his co-hosted show, Metaphysical, John Vivanco described 3I/Atlas as a spacecraft controlled by Reptilians ETs who are in a battle with other ETs, primarily light skinned “Nordics” in our solar system over control of the Earth and its population.

Vivanco’s information dovetails with Avi Loeb that 3I/Atlas is associated with a negative alien agenda to maintain control over the Earth and its resources.

Perspective #7 – GFL Station

On Sept 25, the GFL Station, released a channeled message that 3I/Atlas is transmitting Lyran genetic codes which are supercharging starseeds and a harbinger of the Deep State’s defeat. Subsequent messages from GFL Station emphasize the frequencies and codes being released by 3I/Atlas for positive purposes thereby supporting Kavassilas perspective. I find the GFL Station to be a plausible source of information based on my conversation with its founder, David Nichols who struck me as a grounded and sincere individual dedicated to disseminating information gained through channeling.

Perspective #8 – JP

On Sept 26, JP (US Army ret.) shared information from his latest contact with a Nordic extraterrestrial who explained that Martian colonists who escaped the Red Planet after catastrophic changes millennia ago have just returned to our solar system. There is a connection between the returning Martians and 3I/Atlas, which made its closest approach to Mars on October 3. JP was told, 3I/Atlas may change course to directly interact with or even land on Mars. JP added that either 3I/Atlas or craft associated with it may breakaway and head to Earth to join Martians hidden in undersea bases. While JP was told the Martians were not hostile to humanity, their advanced technologies and experiences would represent a potential threat.

JP’s information gives a powerful case for why an internationally coordinated cover up is underway to suppress information about 3I/Atlas. If it is associated with returning Martians, whose intent and capabilities are largely unknown and potentially hostile, then a planetary crisis would emerge with either scenario of returning Martians landing on Mars, or some of them heading towards Earth.

Perspective #9 – Sarah Breskman Cosme

On September 27, Sarah Breskman Cosme released a video about 3I/Atlas where she was told it possesses the consciousness of ancient extraterrestrials that has arrived to uplift our solar system and humanity by disseminating unique solar frequencies containing transformative DNA codes. She was told October 16 is a key date in receiving and integrating these solar codes, and advocates people spending as much time in the sun as possible that day.

Breskman’s information is similar to what Kavassilas, Sereda and GFL Station have said about the role 3I/Atlas is playing in disseminating transformative codes and frequencies.

Perspective #10 – Lily Nova

In an Exopolitics Today interview published on Oct 2, Lily Nova claimed that 3I/Atlas involves a Conglomerate of extraterrestrial races that is part of a White Hats Initiative. She said that Lyran genetic codes are being transmitted. Using stealth tech to project a comet image.

Nova’s information corroborates Kavassilas information about 3I/Atlas being a White Hats initiative that is coordinating with extraterrestrial organizations such as the Galactic Federation. She also corroborates Kavassilas and Sereda information about it transmitting codes and frequences, and also corroborates the GFL Station’s views about a connection with Lyran extraterrestrials.

Perspective #11 – Birdie Calabrese

On October 2, Birdie (Prudence) Calabrese conducted a blind Remote Viewing (TransDimensional Mapping) of 3I/Atlas. She says it’s a very ancient craft, older than Earth, lonely, not inhabited. Suggestive of some kind of plasma consciousness inhabiting it. She claims it’s a warning beacon like a lighthouse.

Calabrese’s information corroborates what Danaan learned about 3I/Atlas being uninhabited, ancient and possessing a plasma consciousness. This perspective echoes the Rendezvous with Rama analogy first proposed by Loeb.

Conclusion

These eleven perspectives represent a sample of the different views concerning 3I/Atlas that are being promoted and discussed at this moment in time while the public is still waiting for official statements and high resolution images that help explain what 3I/Atlas truly is. Based on the eleven perspectives examined, these can be broken into three broad categories of possible extraterrestrial agenda and activities. 

1) 3I/Atlas is an ancient uninhabited spacecraft similar to that described in Rendevous with Rama – supported by Loeb, Danaan and Calabrese.

2) 3I/Atlas is linked to a potentially hostile or enigmatic extraterrestrial intelligence – supported by Loeb, Vivanco, Allgire and JP.

3) 3I/Atlas is linked with positive extraterrestrial intelligence who are disseminating transformative frequencies and codes in our solar system – supported by Kavassilas, Sereda, GFL Station, Breskman and Nova.

I look forward to getting more scientific data to understand the truth about 3I/Atlas and to subsequently refine and improve this analysis of the multiple perspectives on its agenda and activities.

The Election Commission Has Weaponised India’s Voting System

There is an urgent need to decentralise India’s electoral machinery and process to fit into the federal concept of “Union of States” as enshrined in Article 1 of the Constitution. 

Recent developments have demonstrated the highly centralised, authoritarian and autocratic functioning of the Election Commission of India (ECI). By its commissions and omissions, the ECI has displayed that it is secretive, stealthy and does not respect the will of the people. It has become dysfunctional and has lost its capacity to hold free and fair elections which is its raison d’être.

When Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition (LoP) pointed out that 1,00,250 of around six lakh voters in Bengaluru’s Mahadevapura assembly constituency are bogus, and alleged that this helped the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) win the seat in a close contest, EC responded with passive-aggression, shaky legalese and intimidation of the LoP.

It has offered fact-checks that check no facts, demanded oaths, and done everything possible to avoid confronting the problem. Similar was its response to the exposure of voter fraud in the Aland Assembly Constituency.

In recent years ECI has weaponised India’s voting system by facilitating spurious injection of votes after the end of polling hours.

And now there are reports of large-scale manipulation of electoral rolls and the Commission’s refusal to cooperate with the investigation into this serious fraud. All these show that the Commission is intoxicated with the unlimited and arbitrary powers it enjoys under Article 324 of the Constitution and the immunity provided to the Commissioners by the Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners Act 2023!

Way back in 1984 in the AC Jose vs Sivan Pillai & Ors case, Supreme Court had sounded the alarm of this distinct possibility. The judgment dealt with the argument that Art. 324 of the Constitution gives full powers to the Commission in matters of superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls and also for the conduct of elections to the Parliament and state legislatures.

It was argued that the Commission, being a creature of the Constitution itself with its plenary powers flowing directly from Art. 324, will prevail over any Act passed by the Parliament or Rules made thereunder. The Court disagreed and ruled that it is not possible to read into Art. 324 such a wide power entrusted to the Commission.

The Court rationalised the ruling thus:

“If the Commission is armed with such unlimited and arbitrary powers and if it ever happens that the persons manning the commission shares or is wedded to a particular ideology, he could by giving odd directions cause a political havoc or bring about a constitutional crisis, setting at naught the integrity and independence of electoral process, so important and indispensable to the democratic system.”

With the recent confrontation between the Chief Election Commissioner and the LoP, it appears that the Supreme Court’s prophecy is coming true and the abruptly ordered Bihar Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, which is being extended to the whole country, only confirms it.

With extreme role concentration, a completely distorted and partisan appointment process and almost total impunity from dismissal or prosecution, Election Commissioners have become centres of absolute power as far as elections are concerned. And as the famous adage goes – “power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

Such arrogance has led the ECI to treat the voting public as dirt whose role is only to stand in ‘Q’ and press a button and nothing else. Commencing from 2018 Delhi’s Nirvachan Sadan has been hermetically sealed and has been functioning more as a secret society obeying orders from North/South Block and not as a public authority with a constitutional mandate to conduct free and fair election!!

All representations, requests and suggestions from the public, civil society and political parties are trashed with authoritarian contempt.

With disdain the Commission also refuses to respond to queries under the Right to Information (RTI) Act. Even when they reply it is either false or patchy. While the ECI demands complete accountability from citizens to produce records to validate their existence, voting rights, and citizenship, it refuses basic transparency itself under the RTI Act.

Things have come to such a pass that ECI in reply to RTI query says that they have no information about the Returning Officers who conducted the 2024 Lok Sabha election under its own direction and supervision!

What makes things worse is that India’s election machinery has become too massive, unwieldy and unmanageable. India’s electorate grew more than five-and-a-half times from around 173 million in 1952 to 968 million eligible voters in 2024.

From 2.25 lakh polling stations it is now 10.5 lakhs deploying 1.5 crore polling officials and 2,100 general, police, and expenditure observers on election duty. In the event ECI is compelled to conduct Lok Sabha election in seven phases thereby compromising its sanctity and integrity.

Without free and fair elections there is no democracy. This cannot be allowed to happen in the world’s largest democracy. There is an urgent need to decentralise India’s electoral machinery and process to fit into the federal concept of “Union of States” as enshrined in Article 1 of the Constitution.

And the best way is to return to the original Constitution drafted by the Constituent Assembly wherein Article 289 provides for separate (Central and State) Election Commissions for ‘superintendence, direction and control’ elections to Parliament and State Legislatures:

“Article 289. (1) The superintendence, direction and control of all elections to Parliament and of elections to the offices of President and Vice-President held under this Constitution, including the appointment of election tribunals for the decision of doubts and disputes arising out of or in connection with the elections to Parliament, shall be vested in a Commission to be appointed by the President.(2) The superintendence, direction and control of all elections to the Legislature of a State for the time being specified in Part I of the First Schedule and of elections to the office of Governor of the State elections to constitute a panel for the purpose of the appointment of a Governor of the State held under this Constitution including the appointment of election tribunals for the decision of doubts and disputes arising out of or in connection with elections to the Legislature of such State shall be vested in a Commission to be appointed by the Governor of the State.”

It was Dr BR Ambedkar who later reversed it with this explanation:

“The original proposal under Article 289 was that there should be one commission to deal with the elections to the central legislature, both the Upper and Lower Houses, and that there should be a separate election commission for each province and each state, to be appointed by the governor or ruler of the state. This [new Article 324] proposes to centralise the election machinery in the hands of a single commission to be assisted by regional commissioners, not working under provincial governments… As I said, this is a radical change.”

Little did Ambedkar realise that this “radical change” would prove very costly to the very survival of electoral democracy in the country. Dr Ambedkar might have opted for this centralised solution considering the intimidating prospect of setting up Election Commissions in all the states to conduct Assembly elections.

But this is no longer the case now with every state having State Election Commissions (SEC) which are autonomous constitutional authorities responsible for administering elections to the 3rd tier of democratic governance i.e. the Local Self Government, which includes the panchayati raj Institutions and the urban local bodies.

Before 1992, elections to these bodies were conducted by the respective State Governments. The Constitution was amended in 1992 through the 73rd and 74th amendments in order to provide legal sanctity to the Local Self-Governments (LSGs), giving LSGs their rightful place in the process of nation building.

Article 243 K & Article 243 ZA were inserted to establish a SEC in every state as a constitutional body with powers of ‘superintendence, direction and control’ of the preparation of electoral rolls for, and the conduct of, all elections to the Panchayats and Municipalities in the State.

SEC consists of a State Election Commissioner, who is appointed by the Governor for a fixed tenure of 5 years and cannot be removed from his office except in like manner and on the like grounds as a Judge of a high court. As per the constitutional provision, ‘superintendence, direction and control’ of the conduct of Elections to Urban & Rural Local bodies vest in the SEC.

The SEC is also responsible for delimitation of all the constituencies, which is done before every general election to the local bodies i.e. after every 5 years. The SEC is also empowered to register and deregister political parties in the state. SEC ensures a level playing field for the political parties in the election fray, through strict observance by them of a Model Code of Conduct evolved with the consensus of political parties.

As we see the structure and functioning of SECs are almost the same as that of the ECI and they are equipped to take upon the role of conducting elections to the State Assemblies also. By decentralising the election machinery and the process we can prevent India from morphing into an ‘electoral autocracy’ which it is fast becoming!

The military and intelligence communities have finally woken up to the fact that their civilian governments have been taken over by blackmailed pedophiles. This means the civilians are no longer in charge, and the military is the only thing that will be able to prevent a descent into chaos and lawlessness.

Also, US military intelligence reports, “Trump has been compromised. The Deep State is holding something that will bring his presidency to an end. Threatening to release it if he does not comply with their demands.”

The head of British intelligence says:

[New MI6 Boss] Blaise [Metreweli] contacted her Pentagon equivalent immediately. We had actually taken the same in a few days ago, so it helps with the corroborated evidence-based intelligence. I was told someone in the White House had leaked the materials.

The British intelligence chief adds that Trump is “As mad as a March hare, but sadly a necessary evil at the time of his installation. The Chabad Lubavitch cult got its fangs into him, I suspect. Word about town, the Russians bought the compromise dossier.”

We asked our Russian FSB contacts about this, and they said: “Nope, nothing. We already have kompromat on Trump, we filmed his entertainment with prostitutes in a hotel near the Red Square – he liked ‘golden showers.’”

What is very clear is that the Trump the American people elected to “drain the swamp” has been missing since he visited Canada in June. The fake “Trump” who has been appearing in public since then, or should I say his Satanic controllers like Israeli Crime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu, have become increasingly unhinged.

“Trump” has been posting AI-generated images of himself as Pope, Superman, King, etc. He is also proposing a one-dollar coin with pictures of himself on both sides.

“Trump” also says “we’ll have more than $17 trillion invested in our country this year.” This is completely delusional. US GDP in 2024 was $29 trillion, and foreigners are all dumping their US holdings, not investing in a visibly bankrupt and evil regime.

It reminds me of a friend whose drug addicted relative told her family and friends she had just won the lottery and would pay back all the money she owed. It was not true, just a delusion.

In another sign “Trump” has lost the plot, he brought the bringer of death himself, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, to the Oval Office and announced he was giving Pfizer $70 billion from U.S. taxpayers to expand its mRNA empire. So basically, he is being forced to say he will kill more Americans with vaccines and use taxpayer money to pay for it.

We noticed a very grim-faced Robert F Kennedy Jr, standing beside him as this announcement was made.

We are guessing his entire family was threatened with death in order to force him to go along. Well, two can play at that game. The white hat alliance promises the entire extended Trump family will be executed if any more Kennedys are assassinated.

In another sign that the fake “Trump” is a menace, he posted a video of himself acting as the Grim Reaper and killing his political opponents.

He also suggested to the generals he assembled that they should use “dangerous” US cities as “training grounds” for the military. So, he is trying to get the military to kill Americans so he can install himself as an absolute dictator.

He also warns, “ALL HELL, like no one has ever seen before, will break out against Hamas.” So, either Trump is head of the IDF or he is trying to get US troops to participate in the Gaza genocide.

“This is his latest, obviously Zionist handler written threat. Words of a madman wanting power and control. He wants his Casino and Trump Tower in Gaza,” a Pentagon source says.

In this video that went viral, Rep Madeleine Dean tells US House Speaker Mike Johnson, “The President is UNHINGED… He is unwell …Our enemies are laughing, You have a President who is unwell.” Johnson does not disagree.

The Satanists are also trying to keep up with the pretense that the original Trump is still in charge by presenting a fake and much younger Melania. This one always hides her eyes with some sort of hat. You can see her in this “Trump””Titans of the Sea” ego video.

They are also producing an AI body double of the First Lady to sell her $Melania cryptocurrency.

In a sign that the Satanists know their fake “Trump” scam is not working, Google has blocked its AI’s responses to queries about whether Trump has dementia, as well as questions about the mental clarity of the American leader in general. Governments that fear the truth do not last long.

Atlas 3I performed an unusual event when it came closest to Mars. It extended its magentic fields outward by orders of magnitude never seen by a celestial object. Its brightness increased. Why Mars? For those who read Zechariah Sitchin’s books and also the Book of Enki, the answer lies there. Here is my bet: Atlas 3I is the return of the Annunaki to earth, as they have routinely done, going back 500,000 years. JP felt the chamber activate different parts of his body where he had suffered injuries. The different areas heated up as electrical energies surged through them, and he felt as though they were being healed. When he exited the chamber, JP saw a total of 15 chambers that also had military veterans inside.
