Weather Modification Weapons: DARPA Project NIMBUS – Lightning Weapons

Now the U.S. military is looking to tame lightning, which remains one of nature’s most confounding — and feared — phenomena.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (or DARPA), the Research and Development arm of the Pentagon, has embarked on a $5 billion dollar project called NIMBUS, which seeks to understand the underlying mechanisms of lightning.

What is Project NIMBUS?

Lightning has long perplexed scientists. Not only are atmospheric scientists unsure of exactly what initiates lightning, but they also don’t understand precisely how and why it is able to propagate over great distances, and where it will strike. That makes it, in DARPA’s view, “one of the major unsolved mysteries in the atmospheric sciences.”

Lightning is not only little understood, it is dangerous and destructive. Strikes cause more than $5 billion in damages annually. NIMBUS will look at ways to protect against that destruction, including attempting to direct where lightning strikes. The initiative also includes plans to try to trigger lightning using rockets, which could be used to model and study the discharges.

This is by no means the military’s first foray into lightning research. Pentagon officials have in the past expressed interest in other enigmatic phenomena associated with lightning, such as so-called ball lightning. Though its existence is disputed, ball lightning is purported to manifest itself as luminous, energetic spheres during storms.

The Pentagon has even funded modest efforts looking at whether ball lightning could be used as a weapon. Another, somewhat more straightforward application of lightning, not mentioned as part of the DARPA project, is the possibility of creating a “lightning gun” — a weapon that shoots bolts of electricity. In fact, the Defense Department has funded work in this area. Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems, in Anderson, Ind., has built a prototype of a lightning gun, named Stun-Strike.

But don’t look to NIMBUS to yield a deployable death ray. DARPA says the project has a more benign goal: the protection of people and assets.

 Any person who levies war against the United States or adheres to its enemies by giving them Aid and Comfort, has committed treason within the meaning of the consitiution.

The term aid and comfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States, such as furnishing ememies with arms, troops, transportation, shelter or classified information.

If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.– Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution.

Military tribunals are especially required to prosecute the Deep State criminals, rogue Intel & SS agents and Shadow Government perps who are conducting a soft coup against the POTUS.

But why military tribunals?

Because those traitors practically own and operate the U.S. Criminal Justice System, that’s why!

The political reality throughout the USA is that the legal profession is overwhelmingly populated by card-carrying Democrats, liberal lawyers, progressive corporate attorneys, radical activist judges and left-wing DAs.

All those fancy law degrees from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Columbia, Georgetown, Cornell, etc. are conferred upon mostly left-leaning JDs. The American Bar Association is literally a branch of the Democratic Party. And it is specifically these BAR-registered attorneys who have always posed the greatest threat to the United States since its founding. 

Not only are BAR-certified lawyers a nakedly self-serving lot, a disproportionate majority will remain staunch Democrats their entire life. Many will never leave their major metro area or deep blue state even a single time…except to fly to another metropolitan airport (e.g. NYC to LAX).

Barack Hussein Obama is a perfect example of one of these British agents who was financed by the Rothschild investment bankster — George Soros — specifically to undermine the American Republic. 

Many of these self-proclaimed advocates get into the biz as a way of pushing their personal agendas, as they also promote an overarching and socially destructive liberal platform. The notorious New York City attorneys and Philadelphia lawyers are, in actuality, the muscle employed by the NWO globalists and national leaders of cultural marxism.

Cultural Marxism Is Destroying America

By relentlessly undermining the nation’s system of law, the legal class (and particularly the political class) has reduced the Republic to a mere shadow of its former glory. The ultra-liberal lawyers and their subversive associations have literally laid waste to civil society. Their political power is now so entrenched, and the implementation of their agenda so advanced, that only radical surgery can remove such a cancer from the body politic.

The Courts

The U.S. Criminal Justice System is dominated by Democratic operatives at every level within most of the major urban jurisdictions. The best and worst legal counselors among them know exactly how to manipulate the judicial machinery to advance the liberal agenda. And they do so with a vengeance.

Ever since Trump has been POTUS, the nation has witnessed the many ways that the Courts have been used to shut down his various initiatives. The Democrat-aligned attorneys routinely collude with the activist judiciary to terminate any presidential order or directive that can be overturned.

Because of this ever-worsening predicament, Trump has had his hands tied to a great degree. The resulting governmental paralysis has left the president with no choice but to apprehend the coup plotters who are guilty of outright sedition. Most of these agents of Deep State are committing acts of treason simply because of their political ideology. Other are coerced via bribery and blackmail by their Shadow Government masters (e.g. extortion via Pedogate crimes).

Military Tribunals

In view of President Trump’s plight, he has no choice but to prosecute the perpetraitors under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Only in this way can the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces be assured that justice will be administered, free from judicial sabotage, legal legerdemain and political interference.

Once the UCMJ legal framework has been adopted, military tribunals can be established to prosecute the numerous traitors throughout Deep State. That they all be apprehended expeditiously and simultaneously is critical to the success of this strategy. The longer they are free to make mischief, the more dangerous it becomes for the POTUS, his political allies and the leaders of patriot movement.

In light of the critical stage of this ongoing coup d’état, it’s especially imperative that the insurrectionists be incarcerated at Guantanamo Bay Detention Center—post haste! In this way, they can be securely imprisoned at great distance from those who would aid their escape. Most importantly, the insurgents can be efficiently moved through the military tribunal process so that justice can be served fairly and swiftly.

KEY POINT: The civilian criminal justice system would see these cases intentionally tied up in the courts for years on end. In this manner, justice would be continually deferred or subverted altogether through liberal legalgymnastics.

The response to an attempted overthrow of a sitting president falls squarely within the domain of the U.S. Armed Forces. For this and other significant reasons, military tribunals must be constituted with all deliberate speed. The more quickly the criminal prosecutions can be conducted, the sooner the prodigious body of hard evidence proving guilt of treason and sedition can be made available to the concerned public.

Crimes must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

The American people deserve nothing less than a complete airing of the many serious crimes which have been committed by countless political leaders and government officials. In point of fact, the ongoing crime spree carried out to advance the soft coup against the POTUS represents only a fraction of the transgressions by the “Deep State criminals, rogue Intel & SS agents and Shadow Government perps”.

The Rogue CIA, Deep State and Shadow Government: Who are they?

It’s important to note that this same cabal of career criminal politicians and government officials has a multi-decade rap sheet that will truly shock the country. It includes an endless list of state-sponsored terrorism using false flag attacks, first degree felonies (especially VIP assassinations and other premeditated murders), outright genocide, war crimes against several nations, grand theft on a massive scale, crimes against humanity, child exploitation crime syndicates, etc.

What follows is an example of just one of the Illuminati’s most horrific criminal enterprises, which was then used to justify an unrelenting series of war crimes and genocidal campaigns known as the utterly fake War on Terror. The Neocon Zionists Must Be Arrested And Put On Trial For False Flag 9/11 Terrorism.

Because the U.S. Criminal Justice System is incapable of rendering a just and fair outcome to these direly needed court proceedings, the POTUS has no choice but to assign this task to U.S. Military Courts. The stark reality is that the aforementioned crime wave is so immense that the civilian criminal courts would be overwhelmed, much more than they already are. The ensuing tsunami of criminal cases and civil lawsuits would effectively incapacitate the entire justice system.

As for systematic prosecution under the UCMJ, applications for reversal can be heard by the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. The Judge Advocate General’s Corps can be expanded accordingly to accommodate the expected appeals, as well as to handle the prosecutions and requests for defense. JAG officers can be assigned to those Deep State defendants who have been stripped of their ill-gotten gains so as to afford them a fair trial.

In this fashion, the U.S. citizenry can be assured that many of the co-conspirators will be taken off the streets (e.g. K Street, Wall Street & Fleet Street), once and for all. Furthermore, by serving out their life sentences at Gitmo, the most dangerous offenders will not be able exert their pernicious influences within these United States of America. The most serious offenders, of course, will be subject to capital punishment as they should be.

The single most powerful position in the U.S. Federal Government is not the POTUS (chief executive officer) or Speaker of the House (control’s the public purse); rather, it’s the U.S. Attorney General (A.G.). As the nation’s chief lawyer and top law enforcement officer, the A.G. can take down any government official or corporate CEO with the stroke of a pen.

For this reason alone, it’s well understood throughout the political realm and criminal justice circles that the occupant of this position is always a trusted agent of Deep State. The current order of utter lawlessness and profound criminality that reigns inside the Beltway is a glaring testament to this fact.

Conclusion

A vast litany of crimes has been committed by Deep State against the American people spanning many decades. Egregious crimes have also been perpetrated against foreign nations in the name of the American people and with our tax dollars. Were all the heinous wrongdoings to be made public, the body politic would go into the state of collective and incapacitating shock.

Documents Reveal Israel-Iran Conflict Planned 100 Years Ago To Spark World War 3

The emergence of Axes of Resistance in various geographies is an inextricable byproduct of the long and winding process leading us toward a multipolar world. These two things – resistance to the Hegemon and the emergence of multipolarity – are absolutely complementary.

The Axis of Resistance in West Asia – across Arab and Muslim states – now finds as its soul sister the Axis of Resistance spanning the Sahel in Africa, west to east, from Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger to Chad, Sudan, and Eritrea.

African Sahel states

Unlike Niger, where the change in power against neocolonialism was associated with a military coup, in Senegal, the power change comes straight from the polls. 

Senegal plunged itself into a new era with the landslide victory of Bassirou Diomaye Faye, 44, in nationwide elections on 24 March. A former tax inspector who had just spent a fortnight stint in jail, Faye emerged with the profile of an underdog pan-African leader to turn the ‘most stable democracy in Africa,’ under French puppet incumbent Macky Sall, upside down. 

The incoming Senegalese president now joins Ibrahim Traore, 36, in Burkina Faso, Aby Ahmed, 46, in Ethiopia, Andry Rajoelina, 48, in Madagascar, as well as future superstar Julius Malema, 44, in South Africa as part of the new, young pan-African generation focused on sovereignty. In his election manifesto, Faye pledged to reclaim Senegal's sovereignty no less than eighteen times.  

Geoeconomics is key to these shifts. As Senegal becomes a substantial oil and gas producer, Faye will aim to renegotiate mining and energy contracts, including the largest ones with British Petroleum (BP) and UK gold mine operator, Endeavor Mining. 

Crucially, he plans to ditch the exploitative CFA franc – the French-controlled currency system used in 14 African states – even setting up a new currency as part of reshaping relations with neocolonial power France, Senegal's top trading partner. Faye, echoing Comrade Xi Jinping, wants a "win-win" partnership. 

Enter the Alliance of the Sahel States

Faye has not yet been clear on whether he intends to kick the French military out of Senegal. Were that to happen, the blow to Paris would be unprecedented, as embattled Petit Roi Emmanuel Macron and the French establishment consider Senegal the key player when it comes to blockading landlocked Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso, which have already left Paris in the (Sahel) dust.  

The three latter states, which have just formed an Alliance of the Sahel States (Alliance des Etats du Sahel, AES, in the original French), are not only a major Paris nightmare after serial humiliations but also a big American headache – epitomized in the spectacular breakdown of military cooperation between Washington and Nigerien capital Niamey. 

The culprit, according to the US Deep State, is, of course, Russian President Vladimir Putin. 

Obviously, no one in the US Beltway has been paying due attention to the Russia–Africa diplomatic flurry since last year, involving all key players from the Sahel to the new African BRICS members Egypt and Ethiopia.

In sharp contrast to its prior regard of Niger as a staunch ally in the Sahel, Washington is now forced to present a calendar date to get its troops out of Niger – after a military cooperation deal was annulled. The Pentagon cannot be involved in military training in Nigerien territory anymore.

There are two key bases – in Agadez and Niamey – which the Pentagon spent over $150 million to build. Niamey was finished only in 2019 and is managed by the US military's African Command, AFRICOM.

Operational objectives are, predictably, shrouded in mystery. The Niamey base is essentially an intel center, processing data collected by MQ-9 Reaper drones. The US Air Force also uses the Dirkou Aerodrome as a base for operations in the Sahel.

Now things get really exciting, because the presence of a de facto CIA drone base in Dirkou, manned by a handful of operatives, is not even acknowledged. This dark base allows intel collection everywhere in Central Africa, from west to north. Call it another classic example of former CIA director Mike Pompeo's "We Lie, We Cheat, We Steal."

There are roughly 1,000 US troops in Niger who may soon face ejection. The Americans are trying everything to stem the bleeding. Only this month, US Undersecretary of State for Africa Molly Phee visited Niger twice. Losing bases in Niger will translate into Washington following Paris in losing control of the Sahel – as Niger gets closer to Russia and Iran. 

These bases are not essential to exercise surveillance over the Bab al-Mandeb; it's all about the Sahel, with drones operating on their limit and violating every sovereign air space in sight. 

Incidentally, a hefty delegation from Niamey visited Moscow in January. Then, last week, Putin discussed security cooperation in phone calls with Mali's interim President, Assimi Goita, and Niger's military junta President Abdourahmane Tchiani before talking to the Republic of Congo's President Denis Nguesso. 

Ivory Coast: The Empire turn-around

Pro-west puppet regimes are dwindling fast all across the African continent. The Alliance of the Sahel States – Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger – may be the vanguard of an African Axis of Resistance, but there's more, in the form of South Africa, Ethiopia, and Egypt as full BRICS members – not to mention serious candidates for the next wave of BRICS+, such as Algeria and Nigeria.  

Russia, diplomatically, and China, commercially, plus the full weight of the Russia–China strategic partnership, are clearly focused on the long game – counting on Africa as a whole as a key multipolar player. Additional evidence was provided once again during the multipolar conference last month in Moscow, where charismatic pan-African leader Kemi Seba from Benin was one of the superstars. 

Pan-Eurasian diplomatic circles even allow themselves to joke about the recent hissy fits by Le Petit Roi in Paris. The utter humiliation of France in the Sahel is likely one of the drivers of Macron's chest-thumping threats to send French troops to Ukraine – who would be turned into steak tartare by the Russians in record time – and his eagerness to support Armenia's current Russophobic stunts.

Historically, the fact remains, that Africans considered the former USSR much more pliable and even supportive when it came to siphoning natural resources; that goodwill has now also been transferred to China. 

As a regional integration platform, the Alliance of the Sahel States has everything it takes to become a game-changer. Senegal under Faye may eventually join, but Guinea already offers the geographical capacity to provide the alliance with credible maritime access. That will lead to the progressive extinction of the western-controlled, Nigeria-based ECOWAS. 

Yet, never dismiss the Hegemon's mighty tentacles. The Pentagon master plan does not entail abandoning Africa to a multipolar Russia–China–Iran sphere of influence. Yet no one across the Sahel's Axis of Resistance buys the US 'terror threat' card anymore. There was virtually zero terror in Africa until 2011, when NATO turned Libya into a wasteland, then put boots on the ground and erected military bases across the continent.

So far, the Alliance of the Sahel States is winning the sovereignty-first information war, hands-down. But there's no question the Empire will strike back. After all, the whole game is tied to the Beltway's supreme paranoia of Russia taking over the Sahel and Central Africa. 

Enter the Ivory Coast, now that Senegal may be about to start flirting with the Alliance of the Sahel States. 

Ivory Coast is more strategic to Washington than, for instance, Chad because Ivorian territory is very close to the Sahel alliance. Still, Chad has already recalibrated its foreign policy, which is no longer Western-controlled and comes with a new emphasis on getting closer to Moscow. 

What lies ahead for Empire? Perhaps US 'anti-terror' drones shared with Paris at the French base in the Ivory Coast to keep the Sahel alliance in check. Call it the humiliated Gallic rooster embracing the Hegemon in West Africa without receiving even the crumbs of a stale croissant.

US States Sign WEF Treaty To Spray Chemtrails That Permanently Block the Sun

The World Economic Forum in Davos has ordered compliant US states to shoot aerosol into the atmosphere to block the sun to “fight climate change” – and as we have seen, when Klaus says jump, compromised global leaders ask how high.

For decades the government and mainstream media claimed that chemtrails are a conspiracy theory and we should not believe what we can see with our own eyes.

Even when chemtrail planes were caught in the act, turning off their sprayers once they had delivered their payload, we were told to believe the tell-tale chemtrails in the sky were nothing more than condescension trails.

They really do think we are stupid.

But unfortunately for the mainstream media, so-called conspiracy theorists have been proven right yet again and the media are being forced to eat crow.

From the deck of a decommissioned aircraft carrier in San Francisco Bay last week, researchers from the University of Washington began launching trillions of modified salt particles into the atmosphere to block sunlight from reaching the earth.

Who gave them permission to block the sun? It certainly wasn’t we, the people. We were not even consulted.

The elite have admitted they didn’t announce this incredibly risky chemtrail experiment to “avoid public backlash”.

In other words, this isn’t a chemtrail conspiracy theory. It is by definition a conspiracy. The elite conspired to keep this experiment secret.

According to a report by the New York Times, the secrecy was based on concerns that if the public knew the full scope of what was happening, “critics would try to stop them.”

That’s one hell of an understatement. In reality, if the public knew what the global elite are doing behind the scenes, they would be swinging from lampposts.

As usual, the elite are treating humans like guinea pigs because they believe they have the god-given right to experiment with our health and well-being.

The Scientific American warns that artificially creating cloud cover “could alter weather patterns in unclear ways and potentially limit the productivity of fisheries and farms.”

Even Greenpeace is skeptical of the idea, saying that the consequences of this could be disastrous.

Greg Goldsmith, the associate dean for research and development at Chapman University warns:

“History has shown us that when we insert ourselves into modification of nature, there are always very serious unintended consequences.”

Does any of this sound in any way natural to anyone? No. It’s not natural. It’s not nature. It is engineered from beginning to end, covered up by the media, and serving the agenda of the global elite.

None of this should come as any surprise when you learn that Bill Gates is involved in project.

The mainstream media have been ordered to cover up this fact, but Gates has been involved from the very start of the conspiracy to block the sun without public consultation.

Gates approached Armand Neukermans, a Silicon Valley engineer who had previously worked at Xerox developing a nozzle to spray ink particles for printers, and asked him to develop a industrial-sized nozzle to spray modified salt aerosols into the atmosphere.

The engineer received a $300,000 investment from Gates to begin developing the nozzle. Finally, after various false starts, the technology was ready last year.

So there we have it. A project that began with investment from Bill Gates is now spraying chemicals into the atmosphere with the goal of blocking sunlight to fight climate change.

And they did it in secret to avoid public backlash.

Of course the mainstream media hasn’t apologized for pushing fake news about chemtrails for decades. Their audience has been brainwashed so successfully they do not even want to hear the truth.

According to the BBC, which spent decades denying chemtrails exist, chemtrails should now be officially recognized as a “new type of cloud” in the International Cloud Atlas.

And for those who say, “this is tinfoil hat territory”, what if I told you we have all the evidence we need to prove the government and mainstream media have been lying to the public about chemical cloud seeding operations for decades?

Educator and activist Peggy Hall has unearthed US government documents from over 50 years ago showing that reveals the government has admitted to manipulating weather events including hurricanes for its own benefit.

According to the documents, the Department of the Navy and the Department of the Air Force, along with General Electric, worked together to manipulate hurricanes.

If they were doing this behind the scenes over 50 years ago, imagine what they are doing now.

The bombshell information was unearthed by Hall in a paper published by General Electric titled History of Project Cirrus from 1947 to 1952, which was a study of how cloud particles and cloud modifications can affect hurricanes.

Why would the government attempt to manipulate the weather?

Hall says the purpose of government hurricane and forest fire manipulation is to instill fear, uncertainty and inflict hardship on certain population centers, with the purpose of gaining control over people by using FEMA and federal funding.

It turns out that the practice of seeding clouds with silver and lead iodide is nothing new.

During the Vietnam war the US military conducted geo-engineering weather modification as a strategy to to muddy the supply roads on the Ho Chi Minh trail by causing it to rain with cloud seeding.

The chemical weather modification program was conducted from Thailand over Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam and was allegedly sponsored by the then Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and the CIA.

Then in 2017, the mainstream finally caught up with what so-called “conspiracy theorists” had known for decades.

Weather manipulation jumped from “conspiracy theory” into mainstream reality as Congress held its first hearing on “Geoengineering,” with the U.S. House Subcommittee on Environment and Subcommittee on Energy Hearing discussing how the government secretly controls the weather.

And in November 2022, the Biden administration quietly let slip that they were working on a controversial solar geoengineering plan in cahoots with Bill Gates.

The West will also start making amends for centuries of pillage, conquest and murder around the world by carrying out a massive campaign to end poverty, disease and environmental destruction. It will also release technology that will allow us all to live like millionaires for thousands of years.

No matter what comes of this meeting, the current Western-led financial system is mathematically doomed.

We prefer you to do that, actually.” The comments have gone viral again in juxtaposition to a story in New York where a woman was arrested for trying to remove squatters from her property.

And in Santa Rosa County, we have a very high percentage of the population that have weapons, and I promote the use of them if you’re in your house. And somebody kicks your door in because they’re not coming in to give you a hug or to give you cookies, they’re coming in to commit felonies,” he continued.

Since he made the remarks, he claims there has not been a single home invasion. “You don’t have to retreat. You don’t have to give them a warning. You don’t have to go barricade yourself in a room. You can shoot and kill them. And in the state of Florida, that’s perfectly legal,” he said. “And in these other states where they don’t have that, people are afraid to own guns, and they’re afraid to protect themselves. That’s why you have the crime rate in New York, in California.”

Ra, the Sun god in ancient Egyptian mythology, represents light, warmth, and vitality. Ra’s interactions with Apep, the serpent deity, were often depicted as a battle between light and darkness.

2. Ba will be launched into the darkness of the peak of this eclipse.

In ancient Egyptian mythology, Ba represents the individual’s personality or soul, often depicted as a bird with a human head. Ba was believed to be a part of a person’s identity that could separate from the body after death and journey to the afterlife.

3. Sekhmet will trail the eclipse by 45 minutes.

Sekhmet was another ancient Egyptian deity, often associated with fire, war, and healing. She was believed to have the power to repel Apep and protect Ra during his journey through the underworld.
