Now the U.S. military is looking to tame lightning, which remains one of nature’s most confounding — and feared — phenomena.
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (or DARPA), the Research and Development arm of the Pentagon, has embarked on a $5 billion dollar project called NIMBUS, which seeks to understand the underlying mechanisms of lightning. What is Project NIMBUS?
Lightning has long perplexed scientists. Not only are atmospheric scientists unsure of exactly what initiates lightning, but they also don’t understand precisely how and why it is able to propagate over great distances, and where it will strike. That makes it, in DARPA’s view, “one of the major unsolved mysteries in the atmospheric sciences.”
Lightning is not only little understood, it is dangerous and destructive. Strikes cause more than $5 billion in damages annually. NIMBUS will look at ways to protect against that destruction, including attempting to direct where lightning strikes. The initiative also includes plans to try to trigger lightning using rockets, which could be used to model and study the discharges.

This is by no means the military’s first foray into lightning research. Pentagon officials have in the past expressed interest in other enigmatic phenomena associated with lightning, such as so-called ball lightning. Though its existence is disputed, ball lightning is purported to manifest itself as luminous, energetic spheres during storms.
The Pentagon has even funded modest efforts looking at whether ball lightning could be used as a weapon. Another, somewhat more straightforward application of lightning, not mentioned as part of the DARPA project, is the possibility of creating a “lightning gun” — a weapon that shoots bolts of electricity. In fact, the Defense Department has funded work in this area. Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems, in Anderson, Ind., has built a prototype of a lightning gun, named Stun-Strike.
But don’t look to NIMBUS to yield a deployable death ray. DARPA says the project has a more benign goal: the protection of people and assets.
The Economic and Political Agendas Behind "Natural" Disasters...
The recent cancellation of Harvard's geoengineering project by none other than Bill Gates himself is a glaring testament to the depths of deception that the global elite will sink to in order to preserve their carefully crafted climate narrative. Gates' decision to pull the plug on this study is hardly surprising, given his track record of puppeteering the world's institutions to dance to his tune. What's truly astonishing is that he even considered financing such a project in the first place...
But then again, perhaps it was all just a ruse to maintain the façade of scientific integrity while ensuring that the truth remains buried.
You see, the honest results of this research would have exposed the blatant fraud that is the "climate change" agenda - a lie that humanity has been force-fed for over three decades.
Their success hinges on perpetuating the climate change myth, and they will stop at nothing to protect it. Geoengineering, the very subject of the canceled Harvard study, serves two insidious purposes. Firstly, it falsely demonstrates the alleged effects of CO2 emissions on the climate, bolstering the fake Green Agenda.
Secondly, and perhaps more alarmingly, it transforms weather and climate into Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), granting the elite unprecedented power over the planet and its inhabitants.
Had the study been allowed to proceed, its findings would have dealt a devastating blow to those who seek to dismantle the world's economic and social structures, only to rebuild them according to their own twisted desires.
The "First Global Revolution" report by the Club of Rome in 1991 laid bare their intentions, and the cancellation of this research only confirms their commitment to suppressing the truth. Imagine the ramifications if Harvard's research had been made public. It would have shattered the political agenda and exposed the lies of Big Business.
The revelation that the "Green Agenda" is nothing more than a fabrication, and that weather patterns worldwide are being manipulated through geoengineering, would have been impossible to contain. While the state of Louisiana managed to evacuate 1.5 million residents, 150,000 to 200,000 predominantly black individuals in the city's most vulnerable neighborhoods were left behind.
The storm provided the perfect cover for developers to swoop in and raze these "run-down" areas, displacing the original inhabitants to FEMA camps scattered across the country, effectively silencing their voices and paving the way for lucrative luxury redevelopment projects. And what of the devastating floods that submerged Pakistan in the summer of 2022?
The mainstream media was quick to attribute the disaster to climate change, but whispers of geoengineering tell a different story. The timing of the catastrophe, mere months after the ousting of democratically elected President Imran Khan, raises eyebrows and questions. Khan, a leader who dared to prioritize the interests of his people over the demands of Washington, found himself unceremoniously removed from power.
The floods that followed served as a stark reminder of the consequences of defying the global elite.

No, the real danger lies in the deliberate manipulation of our weather and climate through far more nefarious means. The roots of geoengineering can be traced back to the early 1940s, when cloud-seeding techniques (chemtrails) were first employed to prompt rainfall for agricultural purposes.
But as the decades passed, these methods evolved into something far more sinister. The patents for these toxic substances number in the hundreds, if not thousands, and their effects on our bodies are nothing short of devastating.
As the chemicals seep into the ground, contaminate our water, and infiltrate our food supply, they silently wreak havoc on our Pineal Gland and systematically weaken our defenses. The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), now under the control of the Pentagon-linked DARPA, possesses the terrifying ability to emit electromagnetic waves capable of piercing deep into the earth's crust, triggering earthquakes with the precision of a surgeon's scalpel.
The devastating Turkey/Syria earthquake of February 2023, which claimed over 60,000 lives, bears all the hallmarks of a HAARP-induced catastrophe. The timing of the seismic event, just months before President Erdogan's reelection and amidst his refusal to approve Sweden and Finland's NATO membership, raises eyebrows and suspicions.
The unnatural patterns of the tremors, defying the usual mainshock-aftershocks sequence, only add to the evidence of foul play. This is the face of weaponized political geoengineering, with economic side effects that line the pockets of the elite while leaving nations in ruins...
The 2010 Haiti earthquake, another suspected product of HAARP technology, served the dual purposes of economic exploitation and political control.
The untapped offshore oil and gas reserves, previously uneconomical to extract, suddenly became accessible in the wake of the seismic upheaval.
And as the country descended into chaos, the Clinton Foundation swooped in, under the guise of rebuilding efforts, only to leave Haiti more destabilized and under the thumb of Washington's control. Geoengineering, in the hands of those who seek to dominate and subdue, is a weapon of unimaginable power.
As the years pass and the technology advances, the potential for destruction grows exponentially.
And yet, the vast majority of humanity remains in the dark, oblivious to the looming threat that hangs over their heads like a sword of Damocles.
The Harvard study, had it been allowed to proceed, would have blown the lid off the geoengineering racket, exposing not only the lies of the climate change narrative but also the burgeoning geo-weapons industry. It's no wonder that Bill Gates, a key player in this global game of smoke and mirrors, pulled the plug on the project.
The truth is bad for business, bad for politics, and catastrophic for the strategic warfare plans of the powers that be.

The first logical question might be, “what is a type I civilization”?
To answer that, I need to speak about the Russian
/Soviet astrophysicist who created this scale, Nikolai Kardashev.
He
created the Kardashev scale, as a method of measuring a civilization’s
level of technological advancement based on the amount of energy it is
capable of using. We certainly use a lot of energy, but he’s talking
about how it’s created and harnessed.
Per an article from Futurism,A Type 1 designation is
one that is able to harness all the energy that is available from a
neighboring star, gathering and storing it to meet the energy demands of
a growing population. This means that we would need to boost our
current energy production over 100,000 times to reach this status.
However, being able to harness all Earth’s energy would also mean that
we could have control over all natural forces. Human beings could control volcanoes, the weather, and even earthquakes! (At least, that’s the idea.)
The
article goes on to say that these kinds of feats are hard to believe
and that it is a primitive level of control. It may be hard to believe
but, laws against such practices were put into place to protect society
from such manipulative activities.

There would not be a need for these laws if that form of technology did not exist!
I’ll
remind you that if guns were banned, only the criminals would have
them. The same goes for those who use these technologies for the benefit
of a few, i.e., modify the weather to influence crop growth and feed
sources for livestock, something the Wallstreet commodities investors
would love to have, advanced notice of changes that affect crop yields,
right?
It’s sad that technology that could be used for the benefit
of all is often used for control and experimentation on world
populations. The attached video goes into the history of weather
manipulation.
So,
all the talk of Global Warming (started by Al Gore), which was later
renamed Climate Change when a cooling trend was noted, has been
manipulated and even used as a way to increase taxes. The most recent
attempt was via the Green New Deal.
The ideals are good but the best way to achieve the goal is with
Zero-point energy which may be on its way or ready and waiting for the
right time to release to the world. We will get there!

What
about using environmental war for extortion to force countries into
compliance with an agenda? Could illegal technology owned by private
military corporations have been used in Japan to get them to sign on
with NATO? They had refused in May of 2023, and were still resisting in
September. Then came the January 1st 2024 Earthquake. This is
pure speculation on my part, and I know the region is fraught with
earthquake activity. But the timing was very interesting. Guess what
happened next?

Whenever
environmental warfare is utilized, it’s generally in secret since it
violates the 1977 treaty. But it doesn’t seem that the watchdogs of the
world care too much about that anymore. There is too much profit
involved.
About 10 years ago I was made aware of the largest HAARP
type facility in the world in Iceland, Eiscat (sounds like ice cat).
You’ve probably heard the expression, the more you look into something,
the more it expands. This article fell into my lap. HAARP AND IONOSPHERIC HEATERS WORLDWIDE It
lists the multiple locations of these high aerial ionospheric heaters
around the world and also delves into their multiple uses.
A Type II civilizations can
harness the power of their entire star (not merely transforming
starlight/sunlight into energy but controlling the star. No doubt you
have heard of the Dyson Sphere.
Here is Wikipedia’s explanation: A Dyson sphere is a hypothetical
megastructure that encompasses a star and captures a large percentage of
its solar power output. We are not there yet but are aware of a star
that may be using this technology, Tabby’s Star, named after it’s discoverer, Tabetha Boyajian. A typle II civilation may also have the ability to travel to distant worlds, such as Earth.
To
harness the power of Sol, our sun, we are using solar panels on our
roof tops, in our yards, and in large solar farms to provide extra
energy to cities. In so doing, we lose land that could have been used
for farming. A better way must exist and should soon.

What about zero-point or free energy?
Many have tried to crack the code to obtain it. Those who get close or
achieve it in the past have had their experiments confiscated, sometimes
they are arrested as in the case of John Searl,
and their work locked away under patents. Some inventors have died
unexpectedly, or their deaths labeled as “suicide”. This had happened
frequently in the past when it came to anything related to free energy
and UFO technology. We’ll be hearing a lot more about that in 2024.
Nikola Tesla’s work was taken when he was announced dead and there is
even a person who admits to killing him. Where did all that information
go? Look no further than John Trump of MIT. But that’s a rabbit hole
best saved for another discussion.
There is a patent from Salvatore Pais
for electro-gravitics, (those manmade craft we’ve been calling UFOs)
that generate a huge amount of free energy – Why is it not being used to
power our cars, trains and planes or to power the world.
I
grew up watch the original Star Trek series and one of the fascinating
techologies explored was Warp Drive. The Movie Dune explored bending
space as a form of travel. It was only a theory at the time but it had
been written about as early as the 1930’s. The idea is that the ship
does not move but the space around it bends allowing the travelor to
jump huge distances protected in a bubble of space time. The crew would
not be affected by gravitational forces.
The issue that prevented
the theory from moving forward has been the amount of energy required
to generate the warp field. Could Salvator Pais’s patent provide the
neccessary energy to bring us one step close to a Star Trek reality?
These
are my arguments and conclusion that Earth is at least a type I
civilization and perhaps higher. Not all of us get to enjoy those
technologies as was shown in the 2013 film Elysium.
In the movie, their breaktrhough and final freeing of the technology
was in 2154 but I seriously doubt we’ll need to wait that long.
The
vast majority of the tech patents that could help the world are
currently locked up in patents or under the guise of National Security.
Per corporate and military insiders and whistleblower testimony that’s
been coming forward since 2001, we learned this technology is often used
for undisclosed black ops projects, including drug and weapons running
and human trafficking. Some 460,000 children go missing from the United
States every year. Doctor Steven Greer who ran the Press Club Briefings
called the Unacknowleged Threat.
What
else is the public not aware of that could be used properly to stop
pollution, provide clean water in the harshest environments, heal our
bodies and feed the world?
Per Wikipedia – “National security, or
national defense, is the security and defense of a sovereign state,
including its citizens, economy, and institutions, which is regarded as a
duty of government”.
My question would be which government?
Washington DC is a nation unto itself. We believe or would like to
believe that its purpose is to protect or defend and protect Americans. .
That’s not exactly what we’ve been experiencing in the past few years.
When do the actions of a nation constitute “offensive” behavior and when
is it morally justified? Citizens have a right to all information when
an action may cause harm to the population, i.e., weather modification,
vaccination agendas, taxation, what goes into our drinking water, war,
etc.
What about the Vatican? They too are a private nation with
their own banking system and military. What about other nations? Are
they working for the best interest of the world or themselves? What
information do they possess that would help and enlighten the world if
records were released from their vast library?
Michio Kaku has
often stated that Earth is still at a zero designation when the fact is,
we’ve known how to manipulate the weather since the Hoe Chi Min trail
floodings during the Korean war! I found an article in Oxford Academic
that shows how this technology has been used as a tool for the military
since the 60s. During the Vietnam war, this was called Operation Popeye and used to extend the monsoon season to make travel difficult.
HAARP
and now similar ground based, and satellite technology can be used to
create earthquakes, erupt volcanos, and start tsunami’s. They can cause
and increase or stop hurricanes. That’s controlling the power of the
Earth. Not for the betterment of humanity, but for control of the
resources and of the population.
Those that could make Earth a
type I civilization, (or higher), are the very ones withholding the
technology for their enrichment. It’s psychotic!
Beyond
control of the weather, earthquakes, and volcanos, what about space
travel, faster than light speed? Read this comment made by then Director
of Lockheed Skunkworks in 1993 in the image right.
We now have
open acknowledgement of black ops programs using electrogravitics
technology, possibly since the 30’s, but locked away in secret programs
and patents. It’s also been said we may be working with extraterrestrial
races on earth. Could they be helping us to reach the goal of becoming a
type 1 civilization ready to join a galactic society that enjoys space
travel and advanced technology?
2024
has only just begun, and yet we are seeing signs of major revelations
and even revolutions taking place around the world. Humanity has had
enough of the insane control and false matrix. This is being exemplified
with the farmers protest around the world.
There are many
astrologers predicting this as well as the impulse of planetary
alignments is similar to what it was during the the French and American
revolutions to shake of the chains of corrupt governments. The more we

conversations, the faster the rest of the world will catch on and create

HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) was a
little-known, yet critically important U.S. military defense project
which generated quite a bit of controversy over its alleged weather
control capabilities and much more.
The project was shuttered
by the military in 2013 after attracting large amounts of negative
publicity, though HAARP-like research undoubtedly continues in other
secret projects. This essay reveals major deception promulgated by
those involved to lead the public to believe HAARP was simply a
research facility with little practical military value.
Though denied by HAARP project officials, some respected researchers
allege that the electromagnetic warfare capabilities of the project
were designed to forward the US military's stated goal of achieving "Full-spectrum Dominance" by the year 2020 and of "Owning the Weather in 2025" (see USAF document summary here). Others
go so far as to claim that HAARP technologies have been and continue
to be used for weather control, to cause earthquakes, hurricanes,
tsunamis, to disrupt global communications systems, and more.
These researchers point to major aspects of the program which are
still kept secret for alleged reasons of "national security." The U.S. patent of a key developer of HAARP and other documentary evidence support these claims. And there is no doubt that electromagnetic weapons capable of being used in warfare do exist. The HAARP project's $300 million price tag also suggests more was going on than meets the eye.
According to the original HAARP website,
"HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and
behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to
understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance
systems for both civilian and defense purposes." The ionosphere
is the delicate upper layer of our atmosphere which ranges from about
30 miles (50 km) to 600 miles (1,000 km) above the Earth's surface.
The HAARP project website acknowledged
that experiments were conducted which used electromagnetic frequencies
to fire pulsed, directed energy beams in order to "temporarily excite a
limited area of the ionosphere." Some scientists state that purposefully disturbing this sensitive layer could have major and even disastrous consequences.
Concerned HAARP researchers like Dr. Michel Chossudovsky of the University of Ottawa and Alaska's Dr. Nick Begich
(son of a US Congressman) present evidence suggesting that these
disturbances can even be used to trigger earthquakes, affect
hurricanes, and for weather control.
Who Created HAARP?
Dr. Bernard Eastlund is the scientist whose name is most associated with the creation and development of the HAARP project. His revealing website provides reliable information on his involvement with the project. A 1987 patent
issued to Dr. Eastlund is titled "Method and apparatus for altering a
region in the earth's atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere."
In this patent, which sets the stage for HAARP, Dr. Eastlund
makes a number of fascinating statements which clearly contradict the
claim that it is only being used for research and not for military
purposes or such purposes as weather control. Here are a few of key statements taken verbatim from the patent:
[The] temperature of the ionosphere has been raised by hundreds of degrees in these experiments.
A means and method is provided to cause interference
with or even total disruption of communications over a very large
portion of the earth. This invention could be employed to
disrupt not only land based communications, both civilian and military,
but also airborne communications and sea communications. This would have
significant military implications.
It is possible ... to take advantage of one or more such beams
to carry out a communications network even though the rest of the
world's communications are disrupted.
[It] can be used to an advantage for positive communication and eavesdropping purposes.
Exceedingly large amounts of power can be very efficiently produced and transmitted.
This invention has a phenomenal variety of ... potential future
developments. Large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an
unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and
unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction or deflection. Weather
modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere
wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one
or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device. Ozone, nitrogen, etc. concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased.
Electromagnetic pulse defenses are also possible. The earth's magnetic field could be decreased or disrupted at appropriate altitudes to modify or eliminate the magnetic field.
For those with any background in science, you might find it quite revealing to explore this patent
in more detail. And remember that since the time of this patent, in
which Alaska is mentioned several times as the ideal location, the
government fully acknowledges that it built a massive array of antennas
in Alaska with the capability of disturbing the ionosphere exactly as
described in Eastlund's patent.
Two key major media documentaries, one by Canada's public broadcasting network CBC
and the other by the History Channel, reveal the inner workings of the
HAARP project in a most powerful way. The very well researched CBC
documentary includes this key quote:
"It isn't just conspiracy theorists who are concerned about HAARP.
In January of 1999, the European Union called the project a global
concern and passed a resolution calling for more information on its
health and environmental risks. Despite those concerns, officials at
HAARP insist the project is nothing more sinister than a radio science
research facility."

The actual wording at bullet point 24 in this telling document states
that the EU "considers HAARP by virtue of its far-reaching impact on
the environment to be a global concern and calls for its legal,
ecological and ethical implications to be examined by an international
independent body before any further research and testing." This
revealing document further states that the EU regrets the repeated
refusal of the U.S. government to give evidence on the project.

documentary on HAARP and other secret weapons used for electromagnetic

"Electromagnetic weapons ... pack an invisible wallop hundreds of
times more powerful than the electrical current in a lightning bolt. One
can blast enemy missiles out of the sky, another could be used to blind
soldiers on the battlefield, still another to control an unruly crowd
by burning the surface of their skin. If detonated over a large city, an
electromagnetic weapon could destroy all electronics in seconds. They
all use directed energy to create a powerful electromagnetic pulse."
"Directed energy is such a powerful technology it could be used to
heat the ionosphere to turn weather into a weapon of war. Imagine using a
flood to destroy a city or tornadoes to decimate an approaching army in
the desert. If an electromagnetic pulse went off over a city,
basically all the electronic things in your home would wink and go out,
and they would be permanently destroyed. The military has spent a huge
amount of time on weather modification as a concept for battle
environments."

documentary titled "The Invisible Machine: Electromagnetic Warfare," is available here. For those who still doubt that such devastating secret weapons have been developed, here is an intriguing quote from an article in New Zealand's leading newspaper, the New Zealand Herald:
"Top-secret wartime experiments [WWII] were conducted off the coast
of Auckland to perfect a tidal wave bomb, declassified files reveal.
United States defence chiefs said that if the project had been completed
before the end of the war, it could have played a role as effective as
that of the atom bomb. Details of the tsunami bomb, known as Project Seal, are contained in 53-year-old documents released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade."
If the military secretly developed a weapon which could
cause a tsunami well over half a century ago, what kind of advanced
deadly weapons might be available now? And why is it that the
general public still doesn't know about secret weapons developed over 70
years ago? Clearly the military has the capability to cause a tsunami
and likely to cause earthquakes and hurricanes, as well.

Having interpreted for top generals in my work as a language interpreter
with the US Department of State, I learned that military planners are
always interested in developing the most devastating weapons possible.
Yet these weapons are kept secret as long as possible, allegedly for
reasons of national security. The many
layers of intense secrecy both in the military and government
result in very
few people being aware of the gruesome capabilities for death and
destruction
The massive Manhattan Project (development of the first atomic bomb) is one such example. The building of an entire city to support the project in Oak Ridge, Tennessee was successfully kept secret even from the state's governor. The stealth bomber was kept top secret for many years, and the public still has no way of knowing it's full capabilities.
It is through the use of the highly organized military and intelligence services that the power elite
of our world, in cooperation with key allies in government and
corporate ownership of the media, are able to carry out major cover-ups
and secret operations like those involved with HAARP.
Some researchers have raised questions about the possible involvement of HAARP in major disasters like the earthquakes in Haiti and Japan, the Indonesian tsunami, and hurricane Katrina. Could these have been HAARP experiments gone awry? Might they even have been caused by rogue elements which gained control of this devastating technology?
Disasters like this happen naturally on a regular basis, yet if you
begin to research, there is some high strangeness around some of these
disasters. The evidence is inconclusive, yet with the known and unknown
major destructive capabilities of this weapon, serious questions remain.
The capability of influencing and even controlling human emotions has

the EEG signals as 'emotion signature clusters.' Their relevant

frequency/amplitude cluster is synthesized and stored on another
computer. Each one of these negative emotions is properly and separately
tagged. They are then placed on the Silent Sound carrier
frequencies and could silently trigger the occurrence of the same basic
emotion in another human being."

Using HAARP's powerful broadcast capabilities, it is within the realm
of possibility that powerful antennas like that of HAARP and major
facilities elsewhere could triangulate on an exact location anywhere in
the world and send highly intensified frequencies matching the emotion
signature of a desired emotion to produce anger or any other desired
emotion in a group of people, as the human mind naturally entrains to
strong frequencies around it.
This may all sound quite unbelievable to those who are not versed in the secret ways of of the military-intelligence complex.
Yet there is strong evidence to support this possibility. Here is the
abstract of U.S. patent number 5,159,703, approved in 1992, over 25
years ago:
"A silent communications system in which nonaural carriers, in the
very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent
ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency modulated with
the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally,
for inducement into the brain, typically through the use of
loudspeakers, earphones or piezoelectric transducers. The modulated
carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently
recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic or optical media for
delayed or repeated transmission to the listener."

to provide a technique for producing a subliminal
presentation which is inaudible to the listener(s), yet is perceived and
demodulated (decoded) by the ear for use by the subconscious mind.
to provide a technique for transmitting inaudible subliminal
information to the listener(s) at a constant, high level of signal
strength and on a clear band of frequencies.
to provide a technique for producing inaudible subliminal
presentations to which music or other "foreground" programming may be
added, if desired.
In other words, the subliminal messages could be inserted into TV and
radio waves without the awareness of the listener or viewer. Such
messages could easily be beamed from satellites, as well, triangulated
on a desired location. Using the incredible broadcasting
capabilities of HAARP, these subliminal message could conceivably even
be broadcast over a larger area to create the desired effect on an
entire population. Sounds scary doesn't it? So why is this not being discussed more widely?

At least a dozen other patents have been approved related to the usage
of technology designed to cause subliminal changes in desired targets. A

verification is available on this webpage. Here's a sample quote from Patent #6,506,148:
"It is therefore possible to manipulate the nervous system of a
subject by pulsing images displayed on a nearby computer monitor or TV
set. For the latter, the image pulsing may be imbedded in the program
material, or it may be overlaid by modulating a video stream."
Clearly, technologies have been developed and refined with the
specific purpose of passing subliminal messages unbeknownst to the
target. The capability of remotely influencing emotions through the use
of certain wave lengths has been successfully demonstrated. The
implications are huge. Yet there is exceedingly little regulation of
how this technology will be used.

the necessary momentum to bring these matters to light and to ensure
they are not used in disempowering ways.

HAARP Closure: HAARP was officially shuttered
by the military in 2013. The closure provided the excuse to stop the
