The recent cancellation of Harvard's geoengineering project by none other than Bill Gates himself is a glaring testament to the depths of deception that the global elite will sink to in order to preserve their carefully crafted climate narrative.

Gates' decision to pull the plug on this study is hardly surprising, given his track record of puppeteering the world's institutions to dance to his tune.

What's truly astonishing is that he even considered financing such a project in the first place...

But then again, perhaps it was all just a ruse to maintain the façade of scientific integrity while ensuring that the truth remains buried.

You see, the honest results of this research would have exposed the blatant fraud that is the "climate change" agenda - a lie that humanity has been force-fed for over three decades.

The study's findings would have directly contradicted the sinister plans of the Western globalist cabal, spearheaded by the likes of, the World Economic Forum and their "Great Reset" the UN's Agenda 2030 the ultimate goal of a One World Government...

Their success hinges on perpetuating the climate change myth, and they will stop at nothing to protect it.

Geoengineering, the very subject of the canceled Harvard study, serves two insidious purposes.

Firstly, it falsely demonstrates the alleged effects of CO2 emissions on the climate, bolstering the fake Green Agenda.

Secondly, and perhaps more alarmingly, it transforms weather and climate into Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), granting the elite unprecedented power over the planet and its inhabitants.

Had the study been allowed to proceed, its findings would have dealt a devastating blow to those who seek to dismantle the world's economic and social structures, only to rebuild them according to their own twisted desires.

The "First Global Revolution" report by the Club of Rome in 1991 laid bare their intentions, and the cancellation of this research only confirms their commitment to suppressing the truth.

Imagine the ramifications if Harvard's research had been made public. It would have shattered the political agenda and exposed the lies of Big Business.

The revelation that the "Green Agenda" is nothing more than a fabrication, and that weather patterns worldwide are being manipulated through geoengineering, would have been impossible to contain.

While the state of Louisiana managed to evacuate 1.5 million residents, 150,000 to 200,000 predominantly black individuals in the city's most vulnerable neighborhoods were left behind.

The storm provided the perfect cover for developers to swoop in and raze these "run-down" areas, displacing the original inhabitants to FEMA camps scattered across the country, effectively silencing their voices and paving the way for lucrative luxury redevelopment projects.

And what of the devastating floods that submerged Pakistan in the summer of 2022?

The mainstream media was quick to attribute the disaster to climate change, but whispers of geoengineering tell a different story.

The timing of the catastrophe, mere months after the ousting of democratically elected President Imran Khan, raises eyebrows and questions.

Khan, a leader who dared to prioritize the interests of his people over the demands of Washington, found himself unceremoniously removed from power.

Could Earth Already be a Type 1 Civilization?

The first logical question might be, “what is a type I civilization”? To answer that, I need to speak about the Russian /Soviet astrophysicist who created this scale, Nikolai Kardashev.

Kardashev was a Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and the deputy director of the Astro Space Center of PN Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow. (This info is from Wikipedia).

He created the Kardashev scale, as a method of measuring a civilization’s level of technological advancement based on the amount of energy it is capable of using. We certainly use a lot of energy, but he’s talking about how it’s created and harnessed.

Per an article from Futurism,  A Type 1 designation is one that is able to harness all the energy that is available from a neighboring star, gathering and storing it to meet the energy demands of a growing population. This means that we would need to boost our current energy production over 100,000 times to reach this status. However, being able to harness all Earth’s energy would also mean that we could have control over all natural forces. Human beings could control volcanoes, the weather, and even earthquakes! (At least, that’s the idea.)

The article goes on to say that these kinds of feats are hard to believe and that it is a primitive level of control. It may be hard to believe but, laws against such practices were put into place to protect society from such manipulative activities.

There would not be a need for these laws if that form of  technology did not exist!

I’ll remind you that if guns were banned, only the criminals would have them. The same goes for those who use these technologies for the benefit of a few, i.e., modify the weather to influence crop growth and feed sources for livestock, something the Wallstreet commodities investors would love to have, advanced notice of changes that affect crop yields, right?

So, all the talk of Global Warming (started by Al Gore), which was later renamed Climate Change when a cooling trend was noted, has been manipulated and even used as a way to increase taxes.  The most recent attempt was via the Green New Deal. The ideals are good but the best way to achieve the goal is with Zero-point energy which may be on its way or ready and waiting for the right time to release to the world. We will get there!

What about using environmental war for extortion to force countries into compliance with an agenda? Could illegal technology owned by private military corporations have been used in Japan to get them to sign on with NATO? They had refused in May of 2023, and were still resisting in September. Then came the January 1^st 2024 Earthquake. This is pure speculation on my part, and I know the region is fraught with earthquake activity. But the timing was very interesting. Guess what happened next?

Whenever environmental warfare is utilized, it’s generally in secret since it violates the 1977 treaty. But it doesn’t seem that the watchdogs of the world care too much about that anymore. There is too much profit involved.

About 10 years ago I was made aware of the largest HAARP type facility in the world in Iceland, Eiscat (sounds like ice cat). You’ve probably heard the expression, the more you look into something, the more it expands. This article fell into my lap. A Type II civilizations can harness the power of their entire star (not merely transforming starlight/sunlight into energy but controlling the star. No doubt you have heard of the Dyson Sphere. Here is Wikipedia’s explanation: A Dyson sphere is a hypothetical megastructure that encompasses a star and captures a large percentage of its solar power output. We are not there yet but are aware of a star that may be using this technology, Tabby’s Star, named after it’s discoverer, Tabetha Boyajian. A typle II civilation may also have the ability to travel to distant worlds, such as Earth.

To harness the power of Sol, our sun, we are using solar panels on our roof tops, in our yards, and in large solar farms to provide extra energy to cities. In so doing, we lose land that could have been used for farming. A better way must exist and should soon.

What about zero-point or free energy? 

Many have tried to crack the code to obtain it. Those who get close or achieve it in the past have had their experiments confiscated, sometimes they are arrested as in the case of John Searl, and their work locked away under patents. Some inventors have died unexpectedly, or their deaths labeled as “suicide”. This had happened frequently in the past when it came to anything related to free energy and UFO technology. We’ll be hearing a lot more about that in 2024. Nikola Tesla’s work was taken when he was announced dead and there is even a person who admits to killing him. Where did all that information go? Look no further than John Trump of MIT. But that’s a rabbit hole best saved for another discussion.

I grew up watch the original Star Trek series and one of the fascinating techologies explored was Warp Drive. The Movie Dune explored bending space as a form of travel. It was only a theory at the time but it had been written about as early as the 1930’s. The idea is that the ship does not move but the space around it bends allowing the travelor to jump huge distances protected in a bubble of space time.  The crew would not be affected by gravitational forces.

The issue that prevented the theory from moving forward has been the amount of energy required to generate the warp field.  Could Salvator Pais’s patent provide the neccessary energy to bring us one step close to a Star Trek reality?

According to the video below, NASA has been working on this since of 2018. This is just after announcing that UFOs are real and in December 2020. Haim Eshed, the former Israeli Space Security Chief said, A “galactic federation” has been waiting for humans to “reach a stage where we will understand… what space and spaceships are”. 2023 was all about Congress working on disclosure of UFOs but they haven’t quite gotten to ET. But we may be closer than you think to that Star Trek reality!

These are my arguments and conclusion that Earth is at least a type I civilization and perhaps higher. Not all of us get to enjoy those technologies as was shown in the 2013 film Elysium. In the movie, their breaktrhough and final freeing of the technology was in 2154 but I seriously doubt we’ll need to wait that long.

The vast majority of the tech patents that could help the world are currently locked up in patents or under the guise of National Security. Per corporate and military insiders and whistleblower testimony that’s been coming forward since 2001, we learned this technology is often used for undisclosed black ops projects, including drug and weapons running and human trafficking. Some 460,000 children go missing from the United States every year. Doctor Steven Greer who ran the Press Club Briefings called the Unacknowleged Threat.

What else is the public not aware of that could be used properly to stop pollution, provide clean water in the harshest environments, heal our bodies and feed the world?

Per Wikipedia – “National security, or national defense, is the security and defense of a sovereign state, including its citizens, economy, and institutions, which is regarded as a duty of government”.

My question would be which government? Washington DC is a nation unto itself. We believe or would like to believe that its purpose is to protect or defend and protect Americans. . That’s not exactly what we’ve been experiencing in the past few years. When do the actions of a nation constitute “offensive” behavior and when is it morally justified? Citizens have a right to all information when an action may cause harm to the population, i.e., weather modification, vaccination agendas, taxation, what goes into our drinking water, war, etc.

What about the Vatican? They too are a private nation with their own banking system and military. What about other nations? Are they working for the best interest of the world or themselves? What information do they possess that would help and enlighten the world if records were released from their vast library?

Michio Kaku has often stated that Earth is still at a zero designation when the fact is, we’ve known how to manipulate the weather since the Hoe Chi Min trail floodings during the Korean war! I found an article in Oxford Academic that shows how this technology has been used as a tool for the military since the 60s. During the Vietnam war, this was called Operation Popeye and used to extend the monsoon season to make travel difficult.

HAARP and now similar ground based, and satellite technology can be used to create earthquakes, erupt volcanos, and start tsunami’s. They can cause and increase or stop hurricanes. That’s controlling the power of the Earth. Not for the betterment of humanity, but for control of the resources and of the population.

Those that could make Earth a type I civilization, (or higher), are the very ones withholding the technology for their enrichment. It’s psychotic!

We are headed for some sort of mega black swan event, possibly this week

A MAJOR OUTBREAK OF NOCTILUCENT CLOUDS: Over the weekend, noctilucent clouds (NLCs) broke free of the Arctic Circle and spread across most of Europe. China to build a major dam on Brahmaputra River

Amid simmering border tension with India along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Eastern Ladakh, China is planning to build a major hydropower project on Brahmaputra River in Tibet and a proposal for this has been clearly put forward in the 14th Five-Year Plan to be implemented from next year.

Response from India and Bangladesh:

Proposals for dams on the Brahmaputra have evoked concerns in India and Bangladesh, the riparian states, and China has downplayed such anxieties saying it would keep their interests in mind.

What are India’s concerns? 

-China’s dam building overdrive is a concern because there are no bilateral or multilateral treaties on the water.

-China believes dam building on the Brahmaputra helps it assert claim over Arunachal Pradesh.

-India believes China’s projects in the Tibetan plateau threaten to reduce river flows into India.

-Dams, canals, irrigation systems can turn water into a political weapon to be wielded in war, or during peace to signal annoyance with a co-riparian state.

-Denial of hydrological data becomes critical when the flow in the river is very high.

-China is contemplating northward re-routing of the Yarlung Zangbo.

-Diversion of the Brahmaputra is an idea China does not discuss in public, because it implies devastating India’s northeastern plains and Bangladesh, either with floods or reduced water flow.

Significance of Brahmaputra river for India:

The Brahmaputra flows for over 3,000km through Tibet, India and Bangladesh. 

It is crucial for India too as its basin is a critical water source for Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Nagaland and West Bengal.

The Brahmaputra valley supports the lives of several indigenous communities.

"Since 2019 America’s 5G Towers have been converted to 432Hz Tesla Healing Towers. They were initially created by the 1% and Deep State to control and depopulate us, but Trump and his team have turned them into Tesla towers. Just like the Mexican wall is also a Tesla Healing wall. Since these 5G towers were created by 1% and Deep State, you will see a Covid-19 stamp inside.

You may have heard Trump speak of Ventilators, and how he will be shipping MANY to other countries to help with Covid-19. And while we have been told through Q that Ventilators have double meaning, many are left wondering what role these Ventilators play.

1. They are used when they rescue the children underground tunnels, as initially these children were dying as they were exposed to the surface for the first time. They realized these ventilators saved lives.

2. They are also CoVFeFe magnets which make 5G safe. It’s an alloy of Cobalt, Vanadium, and Iron creating a magnetic material that will also facilitate many innovative technological advances for our future including space travel.

CoVFeFe essentially cleanses the impurities from the 5G, and works on an ionic level to keep Oxygen from being depleted, rendering the signal harmless.

When the Deep State unleashed the virus in China, what they did was make every citizen receive a vaccine the year prior, which had the virus in it, and when they were ready to ‘unleash’ the virus to media, they turned on the 5G towers. SOLAR WIND SPARKS GEOMAGNETIC UNREST: Earth is inside a fast-moving (~600 km/s) stream of solar wind, and this is causing geomagnetic unrest around the poles. The gaseous material is flowing from a northern hole in the sun's atmosphere. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras on Aug. 4 as Earth passes through the stream. SOLAR CYCLE 25 STRENGTHENS: There's no longer any doubt. New Solar Cycle 25 is coming to life. The latest sign came yesterday with the emergence of a new sunspot group, AR2770, inset in this magnetic map of the sun's surface from NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO):

In this false-color image of the sun, intense magnetic fields are denoted by yellow (-) and green (+).

AR2770 has two dark cores (each about the size of Mars) and is crackling with minor B-class solar flares. Its potential for even stronger flares will become clear in the days ahead as the sunspot turns toward Earth, more fully revealing its magnetic complexity.

Active regions from Solar Cycle 25 are now strewn across the sun's northern hemisphere. These are places where magnetic fields are intensifying, creating islands of magnetism on the sun's surface.

The -/+ magnetic polarities of these regions mark them as members of Solar Cycle 25, per Hale's Law.

In the cases of AR2769 and AR2770, the fields have intensified enough to form dark cores--that is, sunspots. A few days ago, AR2768 also had visible sunspots. It's a target-rich environment for amateur astronomers with safe solar telescopes.

The appearance of so many active regions at once is a clear sign that Solar Cycle 25 is gaining steam. However, that doesn't mean Solar Minimum is finished. These are just "starter sunspots," pipsqueaks compared to the behemoths expected when Solar Cycle 25 reaches its peak a few years from now. Solar activity should remain generally low despite this uptick in sunspot counts.

HAARP Could Capsize Planet

Just when you think you’ve heard all the possible far-out theories behind the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Alaska, leave it to the Russians to come up with one better. Forget mind control, the Russians think HAARP is a "geophysical weapon" that’s gonna capsize the planet. HAARP, just by way of a reminder for those who don’t obssessively follow its progress, is a military project that’s supposed to study the ionosphere and "use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes." In more recent years, the Pentagon has also expressed interest in using HAARP to mitigate the effects of high-altitude nuclear explosions. However, HAARP’s use of an antenna array operating in the High Frequency (HF) range has also prompted tons and tons of other theories about its uses, ranging from weather control to altering human behavior.

According to this article published in a Russian military journal (and helpfully translated by the CIA-funded Open Source Center), HAARP is the ultimate superweapon:

Some Russian and foreign analysts argue that the US program is in effect a disguised idea of creation of an immensely powerful ray, a geophysical weapon, whose principle of operation is based on the use of means of influencing the processes which take place in the solid, liquid and gaseous layers of the Earth for military purposes.

It is possible to control the artificially created plasmoid (localized areas of highly ionized gas – E.L.) or a globular lightning in ionosphere by using lasers to shift the focal point of the aerials. In other words, using enormous installations, Americans plan to bombard the sky with energy beams which, when they are reflected from ionosphere, can return back to Earth in the form of low-frequency electromagnetic waves.

The opponents of the program have quite weighty reasons not to trust the soothing statements by Americans.

"The layer of ionosphere which is excited by HAARP influences the radio and electronic equipment which is installed in the military hardware: Fire control and guidance systems, fire adjustment equipment, navigation systems, etc. As a result, an aircraft or a missile will be damaged if they fly through the beam," Col Plaksin said.

And this is by far not the only consequence of implementation of the HAARP program. Compared to, say, nuclear weapons, geophysical weapons are much more powerful. And if, say, the beam is sent to Britain, it can make the country dysfunctional in a matter of seconds.

So, some scientists say that a group of the military who use the geophysical weapon might bring the economy of an entire country on its knees in a few years’ time – and no one will understand anything.

The most dangerous thing is that even developers cannot say with certainty what will happen to the planet and how ionosphere will react to the attack with these rays if the system is switched to the maximum power. As is known, ionosphere and the ozone layer protect the Earth from the deadly cosmic radiation. The electromagnetic cannon of the HAARP system will damage ionosphere, and the cosmic radiation will be able to reach the surface of the planet.

Moreover, the effects of this know-how (as published) cannot be controlled, some researchers say. Even a single use of this weapon may result in so-called trigger effect which no one will be able to stop: Earthquakes, sudden cooling on the global scale, etc. In the opinion of Canadian scientist Rosalie Bertel, who is studying the effects of wars on the environment, intense disturbance of ionosphere may result in a release of huge masses of free electrons – so-called electron showers. For its part, this might result in the change of electric potential of the poles and ensuing shift of the magnetic pole of the Earth. Simply speaking, the planet will "capsize." So the location of the north pole will become uncertain.
