An epoch-changing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen proclaimed yesterday: ”The West as we knew it no longer exists”, says this proclamation was joined French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou declaring: “The United States, once seen as the linchpin of the alliance of free nations and a guarantor of international law, has abandoned core Western values”.
The demise of the West, this report notes, was a self inflicted debacle of historic proportions masterminded by Obama Regime top foreign policy expert A. Wess Mitchell, who, on 21 August 2021, released his document “A Strategy For Avoiding Two-Front War”, wherein he advocated using Ukraine to “inflict a defeat for strategic effect” on Russia, to include decimating its military and crushing its economy, which would allow the United States and NATO to attack and defeat China.
In viewing the actually insane American plan to destroy Russia so it could attack and defeat China, this report continues, it caused Supreme Commander of the German Army Lieutenant-General Alfons Mais to warn: “Russian resources, like the resources of the Russian army, are practically inexhaustible...Many underestimate the Russian Armed Forces...This cannot be done”—a warning joined by retired French General Dominique Delawarde further warning yesterday: “Russia has not yet used its full potential in the war against Ukraine...The visible imbalance between Russian and Ukrainian troops will deepen and may even lead to the fall of Kyiv”—U.S. News & World Report has now ranked Russia as the strongest military in the world—and Bloomberg News revealed today: “The Russian ruble has emerged as the world’s top-performing currency this year, outpacing even gold”.

Because of the abject failure of the West to destroy Russia, this report details, it bears noticing top Obama Regime foreign policy expert A. Wess Mitchell having gravely warned: “The greatest risk facing the twenty-first-century United States, short of an outright nuclear attack, is a two-front war involving its strongest military rivals, China and Russia...Such a conflict would entail a scale of national effort and risk unseen in generations, effectively pitting America against the resources of nearly half of the Eurasian landmass...It would stretch and likely exceed the current capabilities of the U.S. military, requiring great sacrifices of the American people with far-reaching consequences for U.S. influence, alliances, and prosperity...Should it escalate into a nuclear confrontation, it could possibly even imperil the country’s very existence”.
In knowing that the “very existence” of the United States is now imperiled, this report concludes, President Donald Trump proclaimed last week: “This country is very powerful...It’s far more powerful than people understand...We have weaponry that nobody has any idea what it is, and it is the most powerful weapons in the world that we have...More powerful than anybody even, not even close”—a proclamation swiftly followed by the White House releasing the document “Remarks by Director Kratsios at the Endless Frontiers Retreat”, wherein Director Michael Kratsiosof the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and the science advisor to President Trump, beyond stunningly revealed: “Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space...They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity”.
